Beautiful condo! Very clean, comfy, spacious, quiet. Nice community, close to the beach, comfy bed and pillows. Laurie was great with communication! Very grateful to have stayed there!

The location is close to the beach, shops and all you need to enjoy Amelia Island! Laurie is a wonderful host and very attentive! Her home is beautiful and just as described! We will return!

We had a wonderful stay at American Beach. The condo was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It was just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing getaway.The beds were comfortable, and we all slept well during our stay. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and accommodating, ensuring that everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

The owners were fabulous to communicate with, the house was immaculate and the area- stunning! I spent all week joking with my husband that we would need to rent a UHaul to get my new bed home. We slept soooo well!!

Wonderful condo. Well designed and enjoyed porch. The beds were high end and comfortable. Laurie was very attentive and made sure we had what we needed. It’s the best location where the oak trees and greenery spaces are beautiful. And it’s 1( min to town for dinner out!

Great vacation!

This is our second time staying here. Fully stocked and clean villa with everything we could need and more. We once again thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation and will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The place itself was very clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the owners take great pride in keeping everything in excellent condition.The facilities were great, especially the pool, which was a nice bonus for relaxing after a day at the beach. We also really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was—it made for a very relaxing getaway.Overall, this is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay, and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Great place

We love Amelia island and came second year in a row. This villa was great , nice neighborhood, short shaded walk to the beach . Very nicely decorated and luxurious place to have a vacation..!!!Highly recommend

Great place to stay,. Excellent experience

We had a wonderful time . Condo was clean , spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Pool was close by. Never crowded. Beach was fairly close but we chose to drive . Plenty of parking.. Would definitely stay again.

Summerwoods at Amelia

We had a fabulous two-week stay at Amelia. The owner was incredible…always promptly there for us if we had a question. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. Location is perfect. It’s a gem.

Loved Amelia Island!!!

This was a great vacation and this condo made it feel like home. Perfect location, close to grocery, beach, and some restaurants. Condo is super clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds are comfy, Directv Stream in living room and both bedrooms, kitchen is roomy, and a nice screened in patio outback. Stop looking and rent this place, you won't be disappointed!

Perfect Peaceful Stay

The Location is perfect near everything. The walk to Beach is quite a haul too far to carry chairs and umbrellas but the drive to several close Beaches worth it with plenty of parking. The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked well. No problem if you have a question or concern Laurie is just a text away.

Best experience

We absolutely loved our condo. It was clean, fresh, tidy and comfy. The host Laurie was available and in touch about gate codes before I could even ask. A must stay for your trip. It’s close to the beach which is where we spent most of our time. We will be back for sure!
