Free Beach Service! Top Floor Gulf Front Condo with Dazzling Views!

Condo comes with FREE beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) on the beach right behind Sans Souci! (available March 1 - October 31).

San Souci unit 703 is a wonderful Gulf front three-bedroom, two-bath condo located just steps from the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. This condo is located on the top floor directly across the street from a convenience store as well popular local restaurant, Peg Leg Pete's.

Spend your time lounging around the pool or sunning on the over-sized Gulf facing deck. The master suite offers a king bed and private bath. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and bedroom three has two twin beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath with the living area. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. The washer and dryer are located just off of the kitchen. The living area is located Gulf front and the 7th floor location offers amazing views of the white sand beach and emerald green water. All bedrooms have newly installed Smart TV's! Complimentary WiFi. Enjoy Sans Souci's large, gulf front pool, hot tub and outdoor grills too.

Vacationing is simple at Sans Souci as it is just minutes from local shopping, dining and entertainment.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Sans Souci condominiums premises, including unit balconies, pool area and parking areas.

Due to HOA regulations, two cars maximum per reservation.

Great Place!!

This is a very family friendly place to stay. The beaches are not over crowded so you are able to sit and relax and have a great time. Will definitely be back again next year.

Wonderful

Location was perfect and private! Just a short bike ride to downtown. Only thing to adjust would be beds, they were sunken in. But the condo was well equipped and clean!

Sans Souci 703

The condo was very clean and spacious. We especially love being right across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s restaurant. Will definitely be back again. The only negative thing was that the living room furniture was uncomfortable.

Beautiful Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, not overly crowded spot in Pensacola, this area is for you. With Peg Leg Pete's and Tom Thumb across the street, we rarely had to get in the car. We were able to comfortably fit 8 grown women in this condo and not feel too crowded. There was a decent supply of kitchen items and everything appeared updated. The view was fantastic. Highly recommend this unit and Sans Souci in general.

Never disappoints!

Recommend a strainer to add to the colander already there. The new mattresses were better but we did not care for the 4" foam topper on the king. The new bath towels were great as was the new chairs on the deck. View at this condo is fabulous as pelicans fly at the deck height. The addition of Sans Souci recycle bins were great. The condo and entire property kept clean including pool. Peg Leg Petes across the street still our fav!

Cheer Nationals + Vacation

Overall, we had a wonderful time. The property was fairly clean. Some furniture was a bit dusty and it seemed musty at first but I think the property had just been vacant for a few weeks. Once we turned on the air, it cooled off and aired out. The ocean view was beautiful and the property is close to local restaurants and other activities in PB. Beach service attendant was very friendly. The only complaint I had was there was someone working/repairing the roof. There was A LOT of hammering and what sounded like a drill. It was pretty loud since we were on the top floor. They also started about 7:30am on the weekend. So, if you’re an early riser, that may not bother you. There was plenty of kitchenware for all your cooking/dining needs. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Pensacola Beach Area.
