Directly on South Ocean Drive, this tropical island on the east coast of South Florida, rests just 40 miles north of the West Palm Beach International Airport. The island has three causeways the connect to the mainland via the Indian river, to the towns of Stuart, Jensen Beach, and Fort Pierce. This spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated & is on the 4th floor. Open concept living room, dining and kitchen layout gives you expansive ocean views from all living spaces. Fully equipped kitchen (Stainless Steel appliances), Ocean view outdoor Living room balcony overlooking private beach, washer and dryer, includes three smart TV's, and a blue tooth speaker in the living space. PASSWORD protected & SECURE INTERNET, CABLE TV. GREAT for entertaining, relaxing, watching the dolphins, or pelicans play. Wake up on the ocean for sunrise with your favorite beverage, and mesmerizing views. Enjoy long walks on a secluded beach. SandDollar is a great place to make new friends.
Guest will enjoy the use of two heated pools, & saunas, lighted tennis & pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, Bocce Ball, gas grills, picnic area, private clubhouse with full kitchen and 90” TV, workout room. Fish from shore, ride your bike for miles along designated bike trails throughout the Island. Gated community with immaculate grounds....
Jensen Beach/Hutchinson Island attractions include; unlimited water-sports, many public golf courses, several marinas, posh resorts, a regional mall w/12 screen movie theater, artsy olde town Stuart a must for shopping and dinning. Nearby Spring Training complex for major league baseball teams such as the New York Mets, St. Louis Cardinals, Florida Marlins, Houston Astros and Washington Nationals.
Rate is $250 a night, minimum 30 day stay, $1,000 security deposit, refundable at end of lease. $150.00 bi-weekly cleaning fee and $250.00 end of stay turnover cleaning fee. NO PETS - NO SMOKING
