Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 1,200-square-foot condo, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Nestled in the heart of Hot Springs in a gated community, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath rental on an upper floor offers an open floor plan with all the comforts of home.

There are two large bedrooms, each featuring a luxurious king bed with brand new linens; and two modern bathrooms equipped with all essentials for your convenience.

A spacious living room with a sleeper sofa is perfect for lounging and enjoying guests. There is also a desk area for those who need to catch up on work or enjoy a quiet reading nook.

A fully equipped galley kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, and an open dining area comfortably seats your group.

The complex includes one of the best pool areas on the lake. BBQ grills are available for cookouts and outdoor dining. (The pool itself is closed for the summer of 2026 due to repairs. We are sorry for the inconvenience.)

A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the bottom floor.

Wonderful relaxing stay!

Our family stayed here over Labor Day weekend and loved it! This condo was so comfortable for my husband, me, and our 3 boys (all under 3 years old). Plenty of space in the bedrooms and living area, plus a great view of the lake. We would relax here again!

Excellent Place to Stay in Hot Springs

Very clean. Great to work with Chris. Ideal location with great view of lake. Quite surroundings. Will definitely stay again when we are back in area.

Condo needs updating bad! Windows very dirty! Screens have holes in them! Broke lamp in room! Condo was clean, but floor needs cleaned better sticky! The beds were nice! Condo was equipped nicely with utensils! Nice towels in bathroom! Host was very nice! Can’t say much of a view of the lake from the condo! It was our 50th anniversary not exactly what we wanted!

Great Family Getaway

Our stay at Beacon Manor was great. The condo was exactly as described. Check in and check out were super easy. The area is beautiful. We brought a boat and had questions on where we should park it. Chris called and offered to help us with getting a slip. He was very nice and accommodating. The pool was very relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Chris was very helpful with my emails and recommended a great restaurant, Bubbas! There was enough space for 5 adults and one kid. The condo was pretty welcoming when we got there, didn’t feel like we didn’t belong there. Being right on the lake, the view was great and could only have been better if it wasn’t raining and the sun came out. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Chris.

This property was perfect for our small girl's trip. Barbara was quick to answer any questions we had, and the pool area was beautiful. It wasn't too far from the middle of town, but you get the beautiful lake views. We had a great time. I would bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Although there is some provided, it was either watered down or very inexpensive. However, that didn't matter to us because we brought our own toiletries. I also want to note that this property does come with one covered parking spot, which is nice if there's severe weather. This property is perfect for two couples, a small family, or friends who don't mind sharing a bed. Thanks for everything!

Amazing Place on the Lake

We stayed here for four days and three nights and loved every minute of it and will definitely be back. From the time you walk into the lobby, you can see and smell the cleanliness of the building. We met the manger while sitting by the pool, who came and introduced herself and let us know where to find her phone number in case we needed anything at any time. Every person we met there was super friendly! The condo we stayed in was clean and beautiful as well, and that view was amazing! We were able to watch the fireworks over Lake Hamilton for hours. The description on the listing for this condo was spot on. Everything we needed was provided. We did have an issue getting into the condo because the code for the door didn't work but all it took was a phone call and it was fixed immediately... We waited no longer than 5 minutes. I appreciated everyone we may have had a conversation with or received help from for whatever reason. We always felt welcomed and can not wait to return!!

Property switch

Condo that we stayed in was not property rented. On day of check in property manager messaged and said there was an issue with our condo and we were being placed in an upgraded and newly renovated condo with new kitchen from same owners. The condo had not been renovated as kitchen had original kitchen from the 70’s. Sink was falling in. Bathrooms were dirty with only 2 towels and one washcloth provided per bathroom for a 2 night stay. Pictures of unit rented had a 60” tv but unit provided only a 22” with no cable or service Paint was peaking from the doors. We would not have booked this unit for half of what we paid. Very poor property and felt like a bait and switch.

Tim, 1st, I apologize that your condo in 812 was not ready as I was guaranteed by Lowe's and their contractor, that it would be. I drove from Memphis to Hot Springs due to promises being broken, and walked in 812 Thursday night, and 1 of the bedrooms was not completed, so I asked Barb to move you to 712, knowing that was the only option. I agree 712 does not have the bling, but it was clean and did check everything before I left. Again, I apologize and was there to also meet with contractors in 712 on updates, to bring it out of the 1970's in areas. Would you be happy with a 50% refund? Let me know due to the fact, that I have to bring this to Lowe's to get my money for them breaking their contract. Thank you again!

We had trouble contacting someone before we left to find out if there was space to park the boat or a slip available. Directions weren’t clear as to where to park to unload until we were already done. There were not enough washcloths. Never found the washer/dryer. Parking spots were too small and only one available per guest. Car next to us was parked crooked so it made it hard to get in and out. Place was reasonably clean, but the “million dollar views” were obstructed by dirty windows. No information on checking out.

WIFI

Our stay was great except for hooking the wifi up on the TV. Never could get it to work. After being gone all day, we wanted to relax with a good girl movie.

Thank you Jane and I did reach out to you to make sure you all got in OK and to make sure everything was in working order but did not hear back from you. I will make sure I stop by and call Resort Cable to see if there is a problem. It sounds as if the Wifi worked but the TV never connected to the Wifi. Thanks again and come back to see us!

Super cool condo!

This condo is in a great location and felt like home away from home. Love the cozy decor and the amenities were great! And our host was very helpful and always responded quickly. Highly recommend!!

Hotspring vacation

This was a very quiet and freindly envioronment. We enjoyed the pool and just sitting on the back porch watching the boats go by.

On the water with the wonderful view! The view is just breathtaking. I love to watch the sunrise right over the tree line and at night on the various holidays you can watch all the fireworks over the mountains and on the lake!
