Gorgeous views, kayak and paddle board rentals just steps away, walk to the ferry and whale watch boats. Everything Ptown has to offer is an easy walk. If you do bring a car there is a private parking space for you just 1 block away on Pearl Street. Off-street parking is a thing of wonder in Ptown! What could be better!?

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Starting in January 2019, the state of Massachusetts passed a new set of taxes on short-term rentals. The total increase in the rate for this cottage is approximately 12% on top of the $1825 rent. To decrease the impact of this tax the owner will pay half of it and the renter will pay the other half (6%.) This applies only to rentals that start on 7/1/19 and anyone who booked before 1/1/19 is exempt from the tax. It is a very unfortunate lack of support by the state for the tourism on which Provincetown is so grateful for and dependent upon!
