Our light, bright and spacious condo has three bedrooms with a newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen and master bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a private bath and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with sweeping bay views. The third bedroom has two single beds. The family room has a queen sleeper sofa (new sofa/sectional). The main bathroom was completely updated with a modern design and includes a bath/shower. The entire unit has new hardwood floors and had been freshly painted.

The condo has an open concept kitchen, dining room, and family room. Large flat-screen television with DVD player are in the family room and master bedroom. A full-sized washer and dryer are in the hallway. Wi-Fi available.

There is direct beach access. Fun in the sun is only steps away. You can enjoy swimming, boogie boarding, surfing and fishing. Topsail dunes has a private pool for guests to enjoy.

Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are included. Two parking passes, pool passes, cleaning costs and taxes included with rental price (For peak season/weekly rentals). Additional fees may apply for non -peak season/non-weekly rentals. Inquire for details.

Near our condo -- in addition to the beautiful beaches - are great local restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.

Topsail is near Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC To the south is Wilmington which has great attractions like the USS North Carolina battleship, aquarium, great shopping, restaurants and tours. Wilmington international airport (ILM) is about 1 hour away by car (40 miles). Albert j. Ellis regional airport (OAJ) is barely 45 minutes north of topsail island by car (35 miles).
