NOT IMPACTED BY THE FIRES. Our hearts are with the impacted families of the fires. Our condo is located over 20 miles from the impacted area. The photos are still the way it looks today. We are still renting, and you can still have the great hospitality of the community. Many businesses are anxious to have visitors on this side of the Island. Please observe and respect the desires of the impacted area when visiting. The unit has air conditioning throughout. Sitting directly on the beach, only 3 miles from Wailea, and 9 miles from the airport, you have a perfect location with lots of beaches, golf courses, shops, restaurants, snorkel, surfing, fishing, farmers markets, and activities nearby. Amenities include an oceanfront pool, (heated), 2 shuffleboards, gas barbecues Oceanside and on the rooftop with 360-degree views, ceiling fans for additional cooling, but rely on those great ocean breezes; plus, free parking and free fast WiFi. The couch has a pull-out Queen with memory foam mattress. Adjacent to the resort is the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary, along with the historical 16th Century Alii (Royal) Fishpond of Kalepolepo. Protected by offshore reefs, the pond provides a safe swimming area for children and those who prefer gentle surfing. No road to cross to get to the beach, It at your door step! Comfortable Unit

Enjoyable Stay

This condo had everything we needed to feel at home. Great location in Kihei. Close to restaurants and shopping. Beach right there with turtles resting each morning. Pool was great for the kids as was the pack-n-play provided for our toddler. Nice view from balcony of beach, pool and sunsets. Communication with host Mark was good. Would stay here again.

Amazing views from a great location

Great location in Kehei. Mark was responsive during a minor issue with the windows. The views as shown in his listing are 100% spot on. Driving to major hotspots was a matter of minutes. Enjoyed our experience and stay. Due to trade winds we experienced quite a bit of howling and wind noise. What we discovered was windows didn’t shut completely due to missing hardware and latch. Small cosmetic issues with screen door etc but that didn’t take away from any of our vacation. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Ideal for families

We loved our stay at this condo. This was a quieter location in Kihei and we enjoyed watching turtles from the lanai every day. The condo is so well equipped that you have everything you need. The beds are actually comfy and the property is so well maintained that we would definitely return!

Great stay

House was clean and check in was a breeze. Location was great for us. Kids enjoyed the pool and option to walk directly out to the beach for a swim or turtle watching. Miles and miles of beaches either direction. Hope to visit again.

First trip to Hawaii

This was our first time visiting Hawaii and our stay was wonderful. The condo property was well maintained and the staff was so friendly. The view from the condo is amazing. Around the corner from the condo was a sea turtle resting place and so magnificent to see every morning. The turtle watchers that marked off viewing distances were always full of knowledge about the island and the turtles. Anything you needed from grocery store to a restaurant was within a 20 minute drive or less. The condo is as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing!!!

First time Muai visit! My parents, husband and I all enjoyed the homie feel and quite peaceful ocean veiw. We could not have asked for anything more. There were coolers, chairs, and umbrellas to use for the beach wich is a 1 min walk to! We were unware there was a restraunt on sites witch was a huge plus. My 72 year old father and mother really enjoyed the whale sanctuary located right next to condominium. The one time I needed to contact the property manager he responded within a minute. Would 100% stay again and advice others to stay as well.

Wonderful vacation, great apartment !

Mark's apartment is located in a superb location in Kihei, in a well-maintained and very convenient condominium. The flat was very clean, organized, and comfortable, with absolutely awesome views of both the pool and the beach. We spent so much time staring at the beach Mark was super responsive and flexible and helped us with every ask (much appreciated!). thank you, Mark, we will surely come back!

Fantastic Ocean Views

Pros: A/C worked great Views from the balcony were great Sunsets from the balcony were great Swimming off shore was amazing Snorkeling off shore was great: rays, puffer, turtles galore, numerous tropical fish Beds, pillows and linens were nice Monsoon Indian Restaurant was excellent Shuffleboard on-site was fun Rooftop grill and seating area was great Oceanside grill area was immaculate Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary Visitor Center next door Excellent location, easy to get on/off the highway, close to grocery stores, close to markets and food trucks Plenty of sand toys, umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards Kitchen well appointed Plenty of fresh towels and linens Washer and Dryer worked well Cons: Pool was drained for annual maintenance Kitchen Fan didn't work Guest room lamp didn't work Lights from the entryway outside were overly bright requiring us to cover the windows with a dark sheet which was an easy fix Overall, the property owner took care of us for our troubles. Not having a pool for the week was a bummer but, focusing on the good, this is an excellent property in an excellent location. *of note - the winds from 1ish pm to 6ish pm are quite overwhelming and you're not able to be on the beach due to serious blowing sand. Check the weather before booking.

Kihei Gem!

First rate unit! Very clean and organized. Has everything you can possibly think of to enjoy your vacation. Location is fantastic, close to great restaurants, starting point Road to Hana, and about 30 minutes to Lahaina, 20 min to airport. Truly a hassle free stay! Thank you Mark.

A Fun Stay in Kihei

The property was beautiful, and exactly as described. The kitchen had anything you would ever possibly need, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the lanai and the pool were fantastic. And that VIEW! The location was perfect for exploring the island, and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay there!

Perfect condo for our family

The condo is beautiful and was perfect for our stay. Gorgeous views and a good location. The only small problem we had was the owner stopped communicating with me after we got there. There was no detergent so he told me that I would be reimbursed for buying some but I have not been. He did not respond to my questions about that or about where to find sheets for the sofa bed. Overall a great stay.

Great stay with kids and grandson!

This property was as advertised and more! We were so impressed with cleanliness of our unit and the complex as a whole! The unit was very well stocked with towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, a cooler, beach toys and plenty of kitchen supplies. Air conditioning was a huge bonus! The view… wow! Thank you Mark! We had a fantastic vacation and will be back!

Family friendly

Perfect location right on the beach with a pool and little cove to swim in the ocean without dealing with the waves (perfect for little kids). The restaurant located on the property was delicious and convenient. Everything was great.

First trip to Maui, won’t be our last

There was a slight issue upon arrival with the room being ready but it was a communication issue more than anything. After our original booking I added a extra night coming in a day earlier and that wasn’t passed along to the cleaning crew. The next morning she was there and had everything straightened up and Mark took care of us for the confusion. This rental had everything required for a week long stay. All the kitchen appliances, entertainment for the evenings and toys and beach stuff for the adults and kids. Mark was super easy to deal with and I will definitely be telling people about this rental! Besides the great view from the balcony being able to listen to the waves at bedtime and first thing in the morning is something I have never experienced but now I want to do so as much as possible:)
