Comfortable Property just 3 miles from the Anchorage Airport. This unit offers a central location for all that Anchorage has to offer.

This 3 bedroom unit is fully loaded with everything you need for the home away from home. The master bedroom has a king bed with direct access into the bath area. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, bedroom 3 also has two twin beds. The unit offers sleeping (beds) for 6 and a full kitchen with Washer and Dryer. Included amenities are a local phone, cable, flat screen TV, DVD, CD, Stereo, WiFi Wireless internet, and a full supply of linens and kitchen accessories.

If you are looking for a clean and quiet place at a reasonable price than you have found it. This unit is well maintained and managed and we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.

If you like walking, you are minutes from Alaska's famous coastal trail that follows the coast from downtown Anchorage to Kincaid Park. If athletics is your game travel the trails by walking, running, bike or roller blade your way through the city. Anchorage has hundreds of miles of bike trails throughout the city. Many dining opportunities are within walking distance from this location. Anchorage has a fun nightlife for those who like to go out. We have fantastic restaurants that offer the freshest seafood anywhere and when you have enjoyed dinner then dance at the many nightspots in the city.

One of the busiest float plane lakes in the world - Lake Hood, is a ten minute walk, and is the central location for fly out fishing and hunting trips. Fishing is what Alaska is best known for. You are at ground zero for the world famous Halibut, King Salmon, Red and Silver Fishing and don't forget the Crab! We Love the Crab!

Anchorage is a great winter destination also, and is a short 45 minute drive to Mt. Alyeska - a world class ski mountain with runs for all types of skill levels. The resort offers a tram lift with seven chair lifts, there is a restaurant at the top of the mountain and a 5 Star Alyeska Prince Hotel if you decide to overnight in the area. In winter you can enjoy cross country skiing, skate skiing, ice skating and opportunities for dog sledding and snow machining (snowmobiling).

Property was better than the photos. It was very spacious and clean, it had all the things we needed to stay for 2 days. Big plus was a dedicated parking. We had a big SUV and we could park just outside the house. Directions to get in were clear. Overall we had a good stay.

Comfortable Stay

Great space for our family. It was very clean and exactly what we were expecting. They had fans to keep the space cool at night. Kitchen was lacking some baking sheets, but overall we had what we needed. Having the washer and dryer was a plus for us.

Multiple stays with this owner--always pleased!

This is at least our 4th stay over the last 4 years at this property and it always works so well for us--plenty of space, beds and great location. In unit washer/dryer is a real plus!

Great place!

The property was clean and well maintained. It fit our family of six perfectly. This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it spoiled us. We will never use a hotel again.

50 th Birthday trip

2 families 4 adults 5 kids traveling together rented side by side units for the ladies 60th birthday celebration trip. Stayed snd did day trips. Centrally located with good restaurants within walking g distance. Woukd rent again.

Perfect stay

We found everything as advertised, and Craig was great. He even delivered some hangers to us. Great to have washer and dryer, with detergent. Hair dryer and a bonus curling iron! The only downside is no real privacy in this unit, no yard to sit in. But we were busy so it wasn't all that important to have that space. Great stay!

Comfortable and quiet

My family absolutely loved staying at this VRBO. Everything we needed was here. We could ever figure out how to get channels to work on the TV and Craig, the owner came over to hel us. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slep in, including my own. It's three bedroom were plenty of room for our family of four. Two more could have stayed here easily. I highly recommend this VRBO rental that was perfect for my family. Thank you Craig.

Anchorage with family of four

This property was a great space for a family of four with teenagers. The neighborhood was very quiet, and even though this property is in a building with adjoining residences, we never heard anybody else the entire time we were there. Getting into the property was simple. That location was close to the airport which is perfect when arriving so late. The main room had plenty of space for everybody to sit. The master bed was comfortable and we slept well. Having black out curtains was greatly appreciated. It was nice that my two teenagers had their own room. The shower was nice including the shower, pressure and all the amenities you need are there. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer.

Very spacious, clean, and perfect for a family!

We were very happy with our stay at Craig's property in December 2021. We had our 4 children (two teens and two under 10) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking equipment and the unit was very clean. The only minor thing was that, while there is a ton of closet space, there were no hangers and no dressers, so you're stuck leaving your clothes in your suitcases or on the floor. We ended up borrowing some hangers from a friend who lives in Anchorage. There is a great park, playground, and sledding hill nearby, Balto Seppala Park, that is perfect for families in the summer and winter. Downtown Anchorage is a 7-minute drive away, and there are grocery stores and lots of places to eat nearby (Rustic Goat, Sami's City Diner, Pho Lena our FAVORITE for Thai and other Asian cuisine), Midway Cafe, and more). The owner is very responsive and friendly, and he kept the parking lot plowed the whole time we were there. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is spacious (very comfortable for 6 people) and very close to the airport but not noisy.Close to a little mall and Starbucks.Parking spot is right in front of the apartment.Craig was a responsive host.

Alaska vacation

We would’ve liked some kitchen towels and pot holders. Also, the handsoap in the bathroom was filled with water not soap. Fan in one bedroom was broken and light bulbs were burnt out and needed replacing. Lots of hair in the tub upon check in.

Perfect location in Anchorage

We enjoyed our stay. The owner responded to all my questions prior to our stay. The apartment had a great supply of pots, pans, and utensils for the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and clean. Located in a great area of Anchorage made it easy for us to drive all over with no issues! We look forward to staying here again the next time we head to Alaska!
