Comfortable Property just 3 miles from the Anchorage Airport. This unit offers a central location for all that Anchorage has to offer.
This 3 bedroom unit is fully loaded with everything you need for the home away from home. The master bedroom has a king bed with direct access into the bath area. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, bedroom 3 also has two twin beds. The unit offers sleeping (beds) for 6 and a full kitchen with Washer and Dryer. Included amenities are a local phone, cable, flat screen TV, DVD, CD, Stereo, WiFi Wireless internet, and a full supply of linens and kitchen accessories.
If you are looking for a clean and quiet place at a reasonable price than you have found it. This unit is well maintained and managed and we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.
If you like walking, you are minutes from Alaska's famous coastal trail that follows the coast from downtown Anchorage to Kincaid Park. If athletics is your game travel the trails by walking, running, bike or roller blade your way through the city. Anchorage has hundreds of miles of bike trails throughout the city. Many dining opportunities are within walking distance from this location. Anchorage has a fun nightlife for those who like to go out. We have fantastic restaurants that offer the freshest seafood anywhere and when you have enjoyed dinner then dance at the many nightspots in the city.
One of the busiest float plane lakes in the world - Lake Hood, is a ten minute walk, and is the central location for fly out fishing and hunting trips. Fishing is what Alaska is best known for. You are at ground zero for the world famous Halibut, King Salmon, Red and Silver Fishing and don't forget the Crab! We Love the Crab!
Anchorage is a great winter destination also, and is a short 45 minute drive to Mt. Alyeska - a world class ski mountain with runs for all types of skill levels. The resort offers a tram lift with seven chair lifts, there is a restaurant at the top of the mountain and a 5 Star Alyeska Prince Hotel if you decide to overnight in the area. In winter you can enjoy cross country skiing, skate skiing, ice skating and opportunities for dog sledding and snow machining (snowmobiling).

The neighborhood was questionable, but the property was well kept and clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable too.

Our family had a great stay in Anchorage, and enjoyed having three bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Fireplace looked inviting, but we never got around to trying it out. Couple doors are heavy and bit hard to close, but besides that, we had no complaints.

Beautiful and clean, the pictures are exactly what you walk into. They stock up the basics for you which is super convenient especially when we are traveling with young kids. Easy to find and quiet neighborhood even with the planes flying in and out close by, that didn’t bother us. Comfortable beds/linens. Everything was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was good. The unit was very clean. Area was quiet and central located. Down fall.... this is a 4 unit property and the neighbor locked himself out and was yelling at 5am for someone in his unit to open the door. Everything you would need was provided in the unit. Parking was good. Lots of shops/ restaurants near by. Host responded to questions in a timely manner.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect size for us. Perfect location for where we were going on our adventures. Near the convention center and airport as well as local grocery stores.

Great stay.
I loved having the room to spread out and actually have beds, my kids really appreciated that after spending time on a couch bed before this stay.

Great experience, nice condo
The condo was very comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend.

Very clean and nicely appointed rental. Check and out was simple and straightforward. Very comfortable bed and lots of room for a couple.

Great stay for a family of six
2 rooms with 2 single beds each worked great for our multigenerational family. Good location made this stay pleasant. Beds were very comfortable and sheets exceptionally soft.

Anchorage Condo
Very clean and comfortable three bedrooms and on ground level was perfect for us and my 80+ Yr-old parents. Great location near airport.

Easy, and comfortable
Used this for a boys trip, wanted to stay close to the airport for the first few days while everyone trickled in.great set up, easy to find.
