Beautifully furnished, with an ideal location...
Close proximity to the beach and only a block to Lover's Point, and just 1 block to kayak & bicycle rental, volleyball court and stunning Monterey Bay views. The Coastal Trail begins at Lover's Point, offering an easy & scenic traffic-free walk or bike ride to Cannery Row, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Fisherman's Wharf. 2 blocks away, you can enjoy the convenience of restaurants, coffee shops, market, bakery, museum, art galleries and library.
The house is located on a quiet one-way street. There is no on-site parking, but on-street parking is available without restrictions.
Home offers three bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, and three separate sitting rooms for gathering or escaping. Intimate patio area with barbecue and fire pit.
Washer and dryer in the unit.
No Pets. The home was built in 1906 and has been completely renovated. It has quaint Victorian architecture, great for adults and teens but not suitable for small children. Upstairs windows are low-to-the-ground and may pose safety concerns for toddlers.

We had a fantastic time in Pacific Grove and the house was perfect in every way! Beautifully decorated, clean, very well stocked with everything needed, perfect location to walk to the water or into town and the hosts were wonderful to work with. I didn’t want to leave!

The property is even better than the description! It is warm, comfortable, clean with very nice personal touches. It felt like home instantly. Right up the street from Lover’s Point, with great nearby restaurants. Beautiful touches with tasteful artwork, fully equipped kitchen, and soft, comfortable bedding. We had a wonderful time with another couple. Plenty of space with 3 separate living areas. Thank you Tricia and David for opening up your charming home!

It is a great property and perfect location! The house has everything that you will need. Note: Parking will most likely be a block or two away. Check out time is at 10:00 (a bit early). We would be happy to go back!

We loved our stay in this beautiful historic home. Plenty of room to spread out and just a short walk to the beach. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Pacific Grove is a real gem and this house is so well located to restaurants and activities. We hope to be back soon!

This property was perfect for our needs. Four grade school friends on our annual girls trip. Home was equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Location was perfect. Short walk to a couple eateries with bars around Lovers Point. Short drive or a longer walk to Cannery Row and shopping. Such a warm friendly neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful Home in a Friendly Neighborhood
All of us thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the area, and especially this VRBO, it's delightfully decorated and very well maintained. When we return, we will definitely look to stay there again.

Lovely stay
Our whole family enjoyed their stay. Lovely house with lovely furnishings. Walking distant to restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Perfect vacation getaway
Beautifully maintained historical cottage located walking distance from beach, aquarium, and restaurants. Hosts were super friendly and communicative. Definitely recommend for family - plenty of room for everyone plus separate areas for kids and adults to gather.

It’s a very quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and so close to everything. We love sitting on the front porch or the chairs in front of the house, with a cup of coffee (am) or wine (pm) and relaxing.

We have curated a space to relax, refresh and renew. Everything you need is within a few blocks. Highly recommended an early morning walk a block away to see the spectacular sunrise over Monterey Bay.
