Romar Beach Condominiums is located just inside Orange Beach, AL situated beachside on a quiet stretch of sugar white sand.

Sleeps 4 - 6

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including washer/dryer for your convenience.

The living room has large wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player
and sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The 2nd bedroom has a flat screen TV and queen bed.

New flooring throughout the unit. The dining area seats four.

Balcony has seating available.

Wifi is available.

Guest required to purchase parking passes $25/pass- limit 2 (included in your fees) SHADED PARKING!! (No Hot Car!!)

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

Check-in: 4:00pm & Check-out: 10:00am

Location, location, location!

Everything about the condo was perfect for our fall break vacation in early October! The proximity to the beach, to the outdoor pool, and to the local attractions was ideal for us. The convenience of the elevator just a few steps from the front door and the provided carts for our luggage was a life-savor - no need to carry suitcases up three flights of stairs! We'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Great stay

We stayed at Romar a few years ago and loved the location and size of the building. On the beach, covered parking, and not a high rise. This was our first time in this unit and it was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, and well stcked kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay. We did encounter several people smoking the devils lettuce and weren't very pleased. But over all we had a great time.

A Wonderful Week!

We had a great week and the weather was amazing. Love the short distance to the beach and that our vehicle is covered in the blistering heat! We will be back next July!!

Wonderful!

We had an amazing trip to Orange Beach. The area was perfect for my daughter's first trip to the ocean. Not overly crowded and plenty to do. The condo was perfect for 5 of us and immaculately clean. Planning this trip was super easy thanks to Pam and Homeaway😊

Perfect!

Went with a few friends for the Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores. This condo was a great location and perfect for the 4 of us. Any questions I had were answered so quickly and helpfully. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo

This Condo was perfect for my family. Great Location for a great price. It was super clean. The A/C unit worked great too…kept the Condo really cold! We’ll definitely try to rent from this same unit again if we ever go back to Gulf Shores.

Great location

Amy the owner I very nice and quick to respond and help in anyway. The property was in a great location, it does not overlook the beach but you can still have a view from the balcony. Very clean property!! Cokethia Beasley

Great condo. Great vacation.

We had a great stay! This condo was really good for our family. Pam was great to work with and communicated with us quickly when I had questions. The condo was a perfect location right on the beach. It was clean, neat and well decorated. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella. Pam's condo was a great fit for our family for our beach vacation. We would recommend this condo for a great beach vacation experience.

really enjoyable stay- comfortable; homey😀

My niece (58), daughter(42) and I (70) love the size of complex and easy access to the beach. When the weather turned windy/rainy, the gathering place by the pool was perfect. We enjoyed a live band from a neighboring hotel! The other guests were hospitable with warm family feeling. The Decor if condo was perfect; not too fancy so that we'd worry able breakables. Condo was well outfitted for a comfortable stay. The beach view was challenging , but doable .

Very clean and owner very easy to work with!

We stayed June 2016. This was our first vacation to gulf shores and it definitely will not be our last! Amy (owner) was so easy to work with and friendly. The condo was very clean and worked perfectly for our family of 5. My husband and I have 3 boys ages 6, 4, and 18 months, so having two bedrooms/two bathrooms provided plenty of room for us all. I would definitely stay here again! Price was also very reasonable! The pool accommodations and beach access was also great! This condo is also conveniently located right by the elevator which was also helpful with small children!

Great Place for a Quick Getaway

Condo was very nice and well located. Easily spacious enough for 4 adults with very close proximity to the beach. The rooms were clean upon arrival and everything needed to enjoy the condo such as dishes, towels, etc. were available and clean. Great deal for the price and the owner was very quick in responding with needed information. The balcony was the only negative being that it only allows for a minimal view of the beach and does directly face balconies on a neighboring condominium building, but this would definitely not be enough to deter us from staying again. Was very pleased with the unit and had a great weekend getaway.

Comfortable condo on the beach!

The condo was very clean and easy to get to! We loved the quiet location, pool access, and balcony view. Pam was especially helpful with parking suggestions because of our need for an additional parking space. The hotel next door let us pay for a spot, no problem. The beds were comfy, water pressure was good, and wifi worked great! It was nice to have balcony seating and extra beach supplies if we needed them. Overall, it was a very nice space. Be sure to bring most of your items you will need for preparing food and staying multiple days. Silverware, pots and pans, linens, extra blankets, and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom were provided, but no paper towels. Also, the elevator service/maintenance card was expired and it smelled really bad. The condo being so close to the elevator was convenient though! Carts were provided for easy transport of your luggage. Nice spot for our little girls trip!

Great location close to many places.

Easy to rent I just wish you could make payments over a period of time not just the two payments. Other than that great experience. Will rent again.

Growing up in Tuscaloosa and then living in Birmingham after we married, we have many fond memories of family vacations in Orange Beach. As kids ourselves with our parents, then bringing our own kids year after year and finally family vacations with our grandchildren. Every year as we would drive up and down the boulevard I would say how much I would love to have a place on the beach and finally we made my dream come true. We look forward to creating more memories with our family and we hope you will choose our condo for your own family memories. We chose the name SandCastle 5 for our "Happy Place" because of all the sand castles our kids and grandkids have made over the years on these beaches and 5 for our five grandchildren that we are blessed with. Let your memories begin!

We chose this location because it is quiet and family friendly with a great beach area yet close to fantastic restaurants, shopping centers, souvenir shops, putt-putt golf, arcades, and the new Publix shopping center. Check out the new OWA amusement park and Waterville in Gulf Shores. Rent a bike across the street and enjoy the miles of bike trails in Gulf State Park. Charter boat fishing is available a short drive away.
Almost forgot to mention - the fresh seafood store directly across the highway from the condo. Walk across the street, pick up your dinner and enjoy relaxed in your condo. No waiting in long restaurant lines.
