The rooms are all open to the rest of the main level so entertaining feels natural and the flow handles a group well. From the main floor you can access the down stairs, which can function as a fully stand alone unit. It has an additional high end kitchen with luxury bath. They share the amazing eight head walk in shower. The master bedroom has the most dramatic views or any through out the house as well as a small patio to step out for a bit of air. There is also an additional patio off the small bedroom as well. The house is not air conditioned but there are several fans through out if you are staying during the summer months.

The property is nestled on a hillside in a beautiful established historic neighborhood. It is walking distance to the upper and lower Queen Anne shopping districts. There are plenty of night life activities that are steps out the door. And minutes from scenic wooded areas as well as central to all sites of interest in the Metro Seattle area.
