This beautiful & spacious, 2200 square foot duplex home is on a wide, deep-water canal in Key Colony Beach with a great dock.

Includes the Cabana Club membership (Private Pool and Beach club) only 6 blocks away.
This home has many upgrades with new furniture and larger beds with all new, high quality mattresses

Much privacy in the backyard with trees and shrubs separating this from the other half. Large and spacious, this home has a fully stocked kitchen with all of the amenities you would want for a great vacation!
NEW mattresses in all 4 bedrooms!!

NOTE: there is a security camera in the backyard

Ground level - bedroom with a King size bed, a bathroom and living space with a pullout Sleeper-Sofa. This leads to sliding glass doors and the backyard patio area that has a dining table with 6 chairs.
There is also a mini fridge here

We enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed and the kitchen had a cabinet with seasonings as well as plenty of everything we needed to prepare meals.

Plenty of space for our annual KCB getaway. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the dining room and living room were very inviting.
My dog Buddy had the best vacation of his life.

One of our favorite vacations! Very clean place, had everything we needed for our family of six. Kids loved fishing in the canal and even spotted a couple manatees! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone! We hope to stay here again! Thanks again!

Great location and dock! We have stayed in key colony at least 5 times. Many other properties have tiki huts or pools, this offered lounge chairs, and it was actually quite alright. The balcony was nice. The house had plenty of room, and was clean. Good beds! Property is dated (kitchen and bathrooms) but host was very attentive and flexible. My biggest issue was lines. No wash clothes and towels were old and worn. Bring your own towels. Other than that very nice rental.

Staying in Marathon with family

Great property for everyone being on a canal was great. My grandsons loved the fishing off the dock. Great fish sandwiches everywhere. Had fun on the Marathon Lady.

Great place to stay on Marathon Key!

This property was great for our family vacation. It was exactly as described and check was a breeze. The kids were able to fish off the dock and kayak in the channel. We saw manatee and lots of other wildlife. I would highly recommend staying here!

Family get together with son and daughter family to include 3 grandchildren.

We had great stay using boat to go to local reefs to see wildlife, fish and catch lobster. Family checked out Key West for 1 day. A couple restraints in Marathon and local fish market. Weather was good for most part. It was grandkids first trip to Keys. I think it will be memorable for them.

Great place !

This house is in a wonderful location! Our family enjoyed all of the space in the house .. The layout was perfect for gathering and cooking . We so enjoyed the outdoor upper patio every morning and night .. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, every room was nicely decorated and clean ! We totally will be coming back. Wonderful place

This property has everything you could ever want for our stay. Very well equipped in the kitchen, towels etc. . It was very clean and love the openness and brightness of the kitchen/living room. We had a small problem with the lock on the main door and Gregg was there right away to fix it. Location was a big plus too. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Great Stay

We had such a great vacation with our adult children and spouses. We love Key Colony Beach and this house was perfect. The furniture and beds were so comfortable. We cooked so appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped. There was 8 of us and there was plenty of room. The dock was very nice as we brought our 24ft pontoon. My kids loved the puzzles provided as they put all of them together. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Wonderful Key Colony home

This property was absolutely beautiful. The house was plenty big. My husband and I brought two daughters, a daughter-in-law and our 3-year-old granddaughter for a week's visit. There was plenty of room for all of us. The lower floor level made it perfect for our daughter and 3-year-old granddaughter. The house was very clean and well kept and our host Greg was amazing.

Comfortable and great location

The house was very comfortable and relaxing stay. There were some housekeeping issues which I discussed with the manager. Many of the vertical blinds were missing in the living room and I had a hard time finding king size sheets in the house for the master bedroom. I eventually found an old set which was stuffed inside a pillow case in the closet. This is a great family neighborhood and we were thrilled to be able to bring our dogs This house is very roomy and comfortable.
