Historic Home Fully Restored With All New Modern Decor
Experience the best of Breckenridge in a newly restored 'gold miner Victorian'. The quaint exterior and mountain modern decor interior make this home unique. Every detail is carefully crafted to blend the historic character with modern luxury. Western art provides a Colorado sense of place. Distinctive architecture, style, art, and decor make this a captivating boutique home.
This home was completely restored in 2015 and updated in 2024. It has all new foundation, electrical, plumbing, insulation, most windows (except five historic), and boiler with in-floor radiant heat. All the finishes, furniture, beds, dishes and linens are new. New and clean kitchen and baths. The home is warm and comfortable.
Location Location Location. In the heart of town on Ridge Street and walkable to dining and shopping. Within a few blocks are a gourmet grocery and great restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs. The Breckenridge Arts District with galleries and classes is also on Ridge Street.
Just 600 yards to the Peak Nine lift, or take the free shuttle that runs about every 20 minutes directly to the Breck Connect Gondola. No need for a car.
The large living room, dining room, and kitchen are a great gathering place for your party. This beautiful space has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, LED 55" HDTV, elegant furnishings, down filled sectional, and a gourmet kitchen. The vaulted ceiling and wood beams are beautifully lit with LED lighting. The gourmet kitchen features leathered granite countertops and premium appliances.
A lower level family room provides a second gathering place. The family room features a LED 55" HDTV and wet bar. A full bath is off of the family room.
Bedrooms are appointed with premium mattresses and bedding. Sleeps 8 total:
Primary Bedroom; king bed with private bath
Second Bedroom; queen bed next to main floor bath
Bunk Bedroom; a twin bed, full bed, and twin trundle bed sleeps four.
The lower level Family Room includes a quality sleeper sofa for one.

My family and I spent several weeks this summer with Mike, and we could not be happier. The location and the condition of the property made it feel like home. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for a long stay. Mike was very prompt when we had any questions. I highly recommend this property. You can't beat the location, one block off of main street near all the shopping and within a block to some of the finest restaurants in Breckenridge. To top it off the front porch was icing on the cake. We spend hours outside people watching and enjoying the outdoors. Very well done!

My family and I had a great short stay at the Historic Home in Breck. The home was very clean and had everthing we needed. The location is a simple walk to the Main Street shops and restuarants. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit.The communication with the owner was easy and the check-in/out process is smooth. Thanks again for a wonderful quick weekend stay!

Beautiful home centrally located to restaurants, shops, grocery store, and shuttle to gondola. We had a wonderful trip and would certainly stay here again!

I was the perfect location, walking distance to everything in town. The house was nicely renovated, beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

The Gillers go above and beyond. This was our 4th visit and we will certainly return. We have been during summer and winter and you can't beat the location. You can walk to slopes, shops and wonderful restaurants. House is exceptional with every need provided.

Great convenient location steps from restaurants and shops & lifts! Beautiful high end restoration with many unexpected amenities. Hosts are very responsive and pleasant to work with.

Great location. Close to all shopping and restaurants. Grocery store across the street. Very well appointed home with great design. Owner/manager was highly responsive to all questions and any needs. 2 living areas, each w large screen TVs. Highly recommended.

Mike and Jennifer are OUTSTANDING hosts. The home is spacious, comfortable, well appointed, up to date with furnishings and the location is just steps from the lifts and downtown - exactly as advertised. I highly recommend Historic Breck House. We will be booking again for our next family trip to Breckenridge.

Beautiful Historic House
Great location. The house has all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. With the grocery store and liquor store across the street we had everything for a great stay.

historic gem in Breck
This well appointed home was spotless, beautiful, and very well appointed. It's location is extremely convenient to restaurants, shops, and ski access. The owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay!

The host greeted us on arrival. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. It is the perfect location for skiers and non skiers. The town is so close. We had a 14 month with us and the high chair and pack and play were perfect. The heated drive and carport are awesome. The porch gets shoveled as well.

Beautiful home, Great location
Our family of five had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We loved the grocery store across the street and easy walk to Main Street. We’ll definitely return!

What can I say everywhere you look is endless beauty, not only was the home beautiful the host so helpful if needed. I highly recommend this place for a stay in breck everything you need is within walking distance.

Breck Summer
The property is as advertised. Incredible location, very convenient to downtown Breck. Very clean and perfect size for our family of 4. The check in / check out process simple and seamless. We will seek out this property again.

Great house and location!
House was perfect for our stay. Lots of space for our family of five (including 3 teenagers). We loved the location: close to restaurants, shopping and skiing. House was quiet and well equipped—and owner was great. Everything was clean. No complaints! We would stay here again.

Perfect family vacation
Beautiful home in a perfect location. A lot of thought went into the restoration of the historical home to make it functional and comfortable. The owners go out of their way to make sure everything you need for your stay is available in the home. 1 block to Main Street, grocery market across the street, too many activities to do in one week - we will be back next year!

Great house!
My family stayed over spring break and the house was actually better than the pictures. House was very well stocked with anything you might need and great kitchen and anything you would need to make a nice meal. Great location just 1 block off main st. And right across from nice little market and liquor store very handy! Highly recommend.
