If you are looking for luxurious, yet affordable, accommodations in a premier location, you have found it.

The Grand Champions Villas are located in the heart of Wailea on Maui's sunny south shore - where the weather is just a little bit better than anywhere else on the island. Wailea, a luxury resort development, is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. It has 5 crescent shape golden sand beaches (Polo, Wailea, Ulua, Mokapu and Keawakapu), 3 championship golf courses (Wailea Blue, Gold and Emerald), a championship tennis center, miles of bike paths and 5 world class resorts (Fairmont Kea Lani, Four Seasons, the Grand Wailea, the Wailea Beach Resort by Marriott and Andaz) which are linked by the fabulous Wailea Beach Walk, a paved 1 and 1/2 mile path, that offers panoramic ocean views.

You will find my Villa on a gentle slope just above the Wailea Beach Resort within walking distance to all 5 beaches. Its proximity to the 5 world class resorts as well as The Shops at Wailea (a luxury shopping center nestled between the Wailea Beach Resort by Marriott and the Grand Wailea) means that you have dozens of fine dining and shopping options as well as access to a wide variety of beach activities (snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, out rigger canoeing - to name just a few).

While a number of the Villas at the Grand Champions have been remodeled to some extent, my Villa stands out because absolutely everything is wonderful. Instead of just replacing the countertops and refacing cabinets, I gutted the kitchen and both bathrooms and started fresh. Beautiful finishes include custom, high end cabinetry, modern LED lighting, Quartz and granite countertops, custom tile work, stainless steel Samsung and Bosch appliances. For your comfort, there is also Fujitsu Ductless Mini-Split whisper quiet A/C through-out.

Professionally decorated in a style known as "Beach Lux" around my collection of art work by local island artist, it is luxurious without being stuffy. Watch the sunrise over Haleakula from the lanai, and enjoy brilliant Maui sunsets from the front landing or the privacy of your own bedroom.

Paradise always

We’ve been fortunate to have visited Maui/ Wailea many times ; most often at the Palms or Champions. Faye’s unit is extremely well appointed and thoughtfully equipped for people who are in for a peaceful rest. While the Lanai has no ocean view it has perfect morning / eve sun and the tranquility of the golf course. We hope to beck soon

Amazing Location and Quiet Condo

We love staying here...2nd time for us. Condo is just up the hill from all of the fancy Wailea resorts, so easy to access all of the beautiful beaches, golf courses and shopping areas. Fully stocked with everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, beach bag, towels in addition to a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. Very clear check-in/check-out directions with a notebook full of basic condo info and local suggestions.

Excellent stay at Grand Champions

Condo was as advertised, very comfortable and in a great area. Easy walking access to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed multiple days of golfing, beach and pool time. The pools and property are very well maintained.

Perfect condo/space in Wailea

My wife and I stayed at this condo in Grand Champions in Wailea during our wedding trip on Maui. It truly was the perfect space; it was comfortable, relaxing, and had everything we needed. We tried our best to take great care of it, following the guest guidelines. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to lay our heads every night.

Always amazing!

This was our second time staying in this condo for a month and it was incredible! Clean and comfortable condo in a perfect location for beaches, walks, food, and drinks. Faye was incredibly attentive and helpful with all aspects of our stay. Hoping to stay again next summer!

Well appointed

Quiet and well maintained unit. Second floor unit is not suited for handicapped since there is no elevator. Mountain view overlooking a couple of fairways of the Wailea Blue course. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. 2 pools with a whirlpool. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful.

Perfect Maui Getaway

Great location in Wailea--close to shopping, beaches and resorts. Just a short drive to numerous beaches, restaurants or Kihei. Faye has her place fully stocked with all the necessities and more including beach chairs, beach bag, towels and kitchen items. Very clean and quiet location. Enjoyed having breakfast on lanai overlooking golf course. Faye also gave us great restaurant and beach recommendations. She was very quick with all of her communication. We also enjoyed having two pools at Grand Champions--one was for adults only, which we enjoyed and used the hot tub nightly. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

My husband and I stayed at Faye’s wonderful condo for two weeks. The pictures were accurate and everything was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well appointed. The washer and dryer worked well. It was nice to eat our meals on the lanai overlooking the golf course. We liked the location of the condo and it was very peaceful.

Fantastic place

Booked this wonderful condo for our annual anniversary trip. The condo was amazing. Faye, the owner, thought of everything. It is completely updated, high end and very very homey. Close to everything in Wailea and Kihei. Will absolutely stay here again. Pools were nice, clean and very cool. Faye was easily accessible and helped on our check in. Fantastic experience.

We loved overlooking the golf course. The unit was well cared for and very clean. Really appreciate having the washer and dryer in the unit as well as spices including salt and pepper.

Very nice place

The condo was very nicely renovated, clean, spacious and well-stocked with everything needed. There is no door to the master bathroom which was a bit odd, but we noticed this was the case in another unit our family was staying in so I guess just a quirk of the condo complex. Faye was great to communicate with and very prompt with queries. The location is nice and not far from the Wailea beach path which is convenient for runs.

Wonderful Stay Once Again

My wife and I had stayed in Faye's condo 4 years ago and it was fantastic then, as it was again this time. The condo is in in a well run complex and everything is impeccably maintained . The condo itself is exactly as advertised and has had many upscale renovations just as the photos show. Above all else, Faye is a great communicator and very easy to deal with. The location is great for proximity to the best beaches and the complex pools are very nice. We really appreciated all the instructions provided and found that the unit was well stocked with necessities. To sum it up ... wonderful accommodation ....wonderful host... wonderful stay ! Wailea Sabbatical

Wonderful place to stay in Wailea. Condo is tastefully and attractively furnished, extremely well maintained and equipped. Extremely convenient to some of the best beaches and golf on Maui. Easy shopping in Wailea or Kihei. Very accomodating and easy to contact owner. Would be very difficult to do better than staying here.

Great location

This condo was perfect my husband and myself. It was better than we expected from the photos. The kitchen living area was so spacious it could very easily sleep 4 adults if someone wanted to sleep in the living room. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you will need. The linens the owner has are so soft with fluffy towels. The location is close to quite a few amenities and restaurants. Some close to walk to others a VERY short drive. We will definitely be back in the very near future.

I decided to buy this condo because I fell in love with the view. I had stayed in a number of condos at the Grand Champions Villa and loved the gorgeous landscaped grounds and that you could walk to some of the best beaches in the world, but had been disappointed in the particular units. On one occasion, I had paid extra to have an "ocean view" only to discover that the primary view was of the parking lot and other buildings. Privacy was also important to me. All of the one bedroom/one bath and studio units at the GCV share a lanai as well as a washer and dryer. My lanai is totally private, has a full size LG washer and dryer and you do not see another building or blacktop.

The Grand Champions Villas are located just up the slope from several world class resorts including the Grand Wailea, Four Seasons, Wailea Beach Resort by Marriott, Andaz and Fairmont Kea Lani. Most guests at these resorts, many who are paying a $1,000 or more for a room, are unaware that the gold-sand, crescent shaped beaches in front of the resorts (Wailea Beach, Ulua Beach, Mokapu Beach, Keawakapu Beach and Polo Beach) are not reserved for the private use of the resorts' guests. ALL BEACHES IN HAWAII ARE PUBLIC. Discreet signs mark the entrance to public access and parking for each beach.
