If you are looking for luxurious, yet affordable, accommodations in a premier location, you have found it.

The Grand Champions Villas are located in the heart of Wailea on Maui's sunny south shore - where the weather is just a little bit better than anywhere else on the island. Wailea, a luxury resort development, is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. It has 5 crescent shape golden sand beaches (Polo, Wailea, Ulua, Mokapu and Keawakapu), 3 championship golf courses (Wailea Blue, Gold and Emerald), a championship tennis center, miles of bike paths and 5 world class resorts (Fairmont Kea Lani, Four Seasons, the Grand Wailea, the Wailea Beach Resort by Marriott and Andaz) which are linked by the fabulous Wailea Beach Walk, a paved 1 and 1/2 mile path, that offers panoramic ocean views.

You will find my Villa on a gentle slope just above the Wailea Beach Resort within walking distance to all 5 beaches. Its proximity to the 5 world class resorts as well as The Shops at Wailea (a luxury shopping center nestled between the Wailea Beach Resort by Marriott and the Grand Wailea) means that you have dozens of fine dining and shopping options as well as access to a wide variety of beach activities (snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, out rigger canoeing - to name just a few).

While a number of the Villas at the Grand Champions have been remodeled to some extent, my Villa stands out because absolutely everything is wonderful. Instead of just replacing the countertops and refacing cabinets, I gutted the kitchen and both bathrooms and started fresh. Beautiful finishes include custom, high end cabinetry, modern LED lighting, Quartz and granite countertops, custom tile work, stainless steel Samsung and Bosch appliances. For your comfort, there is also Fujitsu Ductless Mini-Split whisper quiet A/C through-out.

Professionally decorated in a style known as "Beach Lux" around my collection of art work by local island artist, it is luxurious without being stuffy. Quietly located above it all, my top floor luxury Villa offers stunning views. Watch the sunrise over Haleakula from the lanai, and enjoy brilliant Maui sunsets from the front landing or the privacy of your own bedroom.

This is our second time renting this great condo. Perfect location, walking distance to all the action in Wailea. Very clean and well stocked. Love the two bathrooms. Host is fabulous. Loved it.

Beautiful property! We loved relaxing on the spacious lanai with the view of the golf course and palm trees. This is a lovely, well-appointed and very comfortable property in every way. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped as were the bathrooms. Faye was prompt, kind, very easy to communicate with when we had questions. She also gave us great tips about the Wailea Farmers Market, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect for us and we hope to return again for a longer stay!Diane & Ron

We had a wonderful 3 week vacation in this condo! The host, Faye, is an excellent communicator and owner with attention to detail. We appreciated how immaculate everything was when we arrived, the keyless entry, and excellent directions. We had all the utensils, pots and pans, and spices that we needed to be able to make a dinner, pack up a lunch for the beach in the provided ice chests and enjoy eating on the lanai overlooking the golf course. The bed and pillows are super comfortable and the two bathrooms were ideal to spread out and quickly get ready to go places. We would definitely stay in this condo again when we are in Wailea!

The host was very welcoming. The thing that stood out the most to me was the cleanliness because this was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed in. Plus, she had shower amenities in the shower for you to use which made it really convenient. We loved the bed, it also was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice, comfortable and well equipped. It was conveniently located to many things around Wailea, Makena, beautiful beaches, awesome snorkeling and a short jaunt to Kihei and some wickedly awesome food trucks, cafes and sushi! The host was great and answered messages within 24 hours.

Great Getaway

This very equipped condo had everything we could ask for - spacious updated design, quiet deck overlooking Wailea Blue Golf Course and centrally located - close to pool, shops and the beach, other golf courses and Kihei attractions like the food carts and beach.

Excellent stay at Grand Champions

Condo was as advertised, very comfortable and in a great area. Easy walking access to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed multiple days of golfing, beach and pool time. The pools and property are very well maintained.

Super Clean & Great Communication

Property was just as described and communication was top notch. Faye made sure we had everything we needed and went way above and beyond in making our last day special. The master bed was super comfortable and everything was as clean as could be upon our arrival. This property will definitely be on our short list for our next trip to Maui. Book it, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic condo!

Faye’s condo is perfect! Great location, comfortable, clean, well-equipped! Close to restaurants, beaches, and walking paths. Faye is very easy to communicate with and replies to questions nearly instantly. This is the third summer my partner and I have stayed in Faye’s condo and we can’t imagine a more perfect vacation. Thank you Faye!!!

I decided to buy this condo because I fell in love with the view. I had stayed in a number of condos at the Grand Champions Villa and loved the gorgeous landscaped grounds and that you could walk to some of the best beaches in the world, but had been disappointed in the particular units. On one occasion, I had paid extra to have an "ocean view" only to discover that the primary view was of the parking lot and other buildings. Privacy was also important to me. All of the one bedroom/one bath and studio units at the GCV share a lanai as well as a washer and dryer. My lanai is totally private, has a full size LG washer and dryer and you do not see another building or blacktop.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The Grand Champions Villas are located just up the slope from several world class resorts including the Grand Wailea, Four Seasons, Wailea Beach Resort by Marriott, Andaz and Fairmont Kea Lani. Most guests at these resorts, many who are paying a $1,000 or more for a room, are unaware that the gold-sand, crescent shaped beaches in front of the resorts (Wailea Beach, Ulua Beach, Mokapu Beach, Keawakapu Beach and Polo Beach) are not reserved for the private use of the resorts' guests. ALL BEACHES IN HAWAII ARE PUBLIC. Discreet signs mark the entrance to public access and parking for each beach.
