This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home is located directly across the street from the beach! You can see the sunrise from the front lawn or walk across the street and watch it on the beautiful sand beach. The house has been completely remodeled. Everything is bright and new with a very 'beachy' feel. All 3 bedrooms have king size beds, flat panel tv's and ceiling fans. The home also has free wifi, a washer and dryer and all dishes, linens, beach towels and a few extras you may need for your stay, including a Pack N Play for families traveling with infants. The house sits on a huge lot on top of a dune, the sunsets are spectacular right from the house! There's plenty of room for a bike trailer and/or several vehicles, there's even a bike ramp to off load your bike! In the attached garage you'll find a beach cart with 4 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, etc that you can wheel right across the street to the beach! (The beach access is about 500 feet from the house).The pool is located in the huge, private, fenced in back yard along with a grill, patio furniture and lounge chairs for those relaxing days/evenings at the pool. Please note however that the pool is not covered and the pool service only comes once a week.

Piece of Paradise

The property is a well maintained home at the end of a dead end right next to a path to Atlantic Avenue. The house was secure and extremely comfortable. We loved the pool and the ease of access to shops and the beach. Everything was in place and available for your use. You used what was there and replaced what you used. It was your own piece of Daytona Beach Shores. The host was very knowledgeable and responsive to every concern I posed! It was a terrific experience for me and the family!

Perfect family vacation

Love, love this location. We walked in and tried to rebook for next year right away. We visit Daytona every year. The location was perfect. The home had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The only advice I could offer if you’re an early bird do not take the master, the bedroom doors have limited privacy with bi-fold doors, and is right off the living room. If you’re not a fan of firm mattresses bring a mattress pad. The backyard is fenced in and was great for my grandson to have some freedom to run and play. The pool area was a great size for a family of 7. We didn’t even go out to eat the kitchen was so enjoyable to cook in. Gas Grill was great addition. With outdoors dining table and chairs with lots of extra seating, the lounge chairs were a perfect way to spend all the day. Lisa was one of the best hosts we have ever had. Not only did her rental live up to and surpass our every expectation. She found us a place to park our trailer the week before when my father, brother and myself were in Daytona for Bike Week. I could not say enough thank you’s. But here’s one more Lisa. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

Perfect!

This property was clean, cozy and efficient! Everything we could possibly need for our stay was available, beach towels, nice outside patio with seating. The bedrooms were spacious, and all had comfortable king beds. This listing will definitely be added to our favorites!

Daytona Beach Shores

The house was nice and newly renovated. Some minor work still needs to be done but didn’t change experience. Only able to use pool twice because weather was cooler and the heater was only on for a timed 8 hours with no solar cover to help prevent heat loss so it took most of the day to get to 80+. Everyone said they had a good time and would stay there again.

Perfect beach get away

This is our second time staying at this property. The house is clean and quite comfortable for our family group. There are plenty of towels for the pool and an ample supply of chairs and pool floats. The beach is just a short walk away. We stocked up at the nearby grocery store and prepared almost every meal at the house using the kitchen stove or gas BBQ grill.

Amazing!

The house was beautiful and so well equipped. We actually brought more than needed. The pool and yard was so nice. The neighborhood was so quiet and the neighbors were very nice. Be careful of the lower back yard we had a few prickly weeds get stuck in our feet but no big deal. Would definitely recommend 100%.

It was a awesome place. Been going to Daytona my whole life and staying beachfront but the private pool and nice house made up for not be beachfront. Will definitely book it again.

Felt like Home the minute I waked in

Loved this House and description was perfect. Extras like beach towels and supplies appreciated. Only issue, which we were told in advance about, was Hurricane destroyed beach access. If there are mobility issues cannot make it up and down the sand dune. We did drive onto a beach which was better for one member of our party. Will rent again.

Great single story house in a great location!

What a perfect home in a great location! Owner was very responsive and helpful during booking along with checking in. Home was extremely clean and comfortable. Loved the single story layout with use of the garage for our motorcycles and perfect parking for our truck and trailer on a dead end street. The backyard and pool area are huge! Loved being able to walk across the street to the beach. The house had everything we needed as far as amenities. Plenty of towels, linens, outdoor seating, beach toys/wagon, beach towels,etc. Six adults (3 couples) stayed very comfortably in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. We will definitely consider staying here again! Thank you Lisa, you have a very lovely home and we enjoyed our week there!

Daytona holiday stay.

Mother Nature decided she was gonna throw the coldest temps that Daytona has seen in over 30 years during our stay. Got down into the 20’s a couple nights. Other then that, our stay was very enjoyable. The pool was heated which helped. The kitchen had every pan and utensil you could need. We cooked several meals. To get to the beach, you had to walk up to the Van St public beach access. Every other path was destroyed by the hurricane. There’s a ton of work to be done to restore all the oceanfront properties. Publix is just a block or two away. No major complaints about the house. It’s very clean and spacious. Last house on a dead end road so very quiet and no traffic to worry about.

Daytona villa

Lovely villa. Couldn’t be closer to the beach if you tried !!! Everything you could think of in the house. Very comfortable spacious and a lovely pool !! The owner couldn’t be more helpful and responded to any query very quickly, even with the time difference in England ! Would highly recommend a visit !!!

Great little place for a small family

We loved this property. The house was nice and clean. It's close enough to the beach to walk. There's a ton of beach toys, beach cart and umbrellas. Private pool and garage parking and at the end of a private street. We had a few minor hic ups during the stay. Owner responded very quickly and had the problems fixed right away. Would stay here again!

My husband Marty and I currently live and own businesses in Maine. After several trips to Daytona Beach over the past 5 years and falling in love with the area, we decided to buy a home here to renovate and visit during the long, cold Maine winters. We are happy to share it with others while we wait to retire and become 'snowbirds'. We hope you love the house and area as much as we do!

One step out of the car and a look at the beach across the street and we were sold! The house couldn't be more private on a dead end street (the church is our neighbor on one side), yet it is walking distance to everything. The house is on a very big in town lot. Plenty of room for several cars to park and kids to play safely, the back yard around the pool is huge!
