Come enjoy the fully renovated and updated Jimmy Majestic Cottage located in the fabulous East End across from the Provincetown Tennis Club. This property is located 200 yards from the beach with its own parking and beach access. The owner has added meticulous upgrades that are great for entertaining your family and friends. This quaint cottage becomes flooded with breath taking morning sun light. This home gives you the opportunity to enjoy all the amazing activities and excitement Provincetown has to offer. This historic home is being offered to rent for the first time since 1940.

Please note: During the Busy Summer Months Running May - September the cottage is only available for weekly rentals running Saturday - Saturday.

We had a great stay. Everything you need in a rental property. Great amenities including brand new bikes. Would stay again.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy Provincetown. A beautiful house and garden located near the center of town. I'm looking forward to a return trip!

Thanks for an amazing week!!!! The house was perfect for us and our friends/family.

This was the perfect spot for our Bear Week vacation. The house is gorgeous and was close enough to downtown that we could walk or ride our bike but far enough away when we wanted to relax and enjoy the quiet. Private beach access and outdoor shower were great additions to our stay and were enjoyed by everyone!!!!

60th B-Day With Family

Great vacation last July with husband and adult kids. Beautifully renovated house, comfortable beds, and nice outdoor deck and lawn area. We could walk to a beach next to Commercial St., but needed a car to go to the National Seashore beaches, which was fine. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants, so no need to worry about finding parking. It was about a 15-30 minute walk, depending on how far into town we wanted to go, but a nice stroll on a beautiful day/eve. The owner, Kevin, was very friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property!

Perfect place for a retreat...

We all think the owner have done a great job renovating and refurnishing this housse. He succeed to recreate an environment you wanna live in when you are in vacation. We stayed there 1 week. Keven has been good with us. I truly felt during my stay that he wanted us to have a great week. The housse is a bit far from the action of the city, however the relaxing and charming bike ride you have to do to get back home make it worths it. I strongly recommend this rental. The exterior shower is a great idea...:)
