Less than 8 min walk to Commercial St. Great for small group or couple getaway in heart of Cape Cod! Place has two bedrooms (one King, one Queen) and a pull out sofa in the living room. All around great place for short term or long term stays!

Great location; wonderful place

We had such a wonderful time on our trip at Marty’s home. The location is perfect - conveniently located close enough to commercial without being too loud. Additionally, the back patio was a huge plus - perfect for grilling and relaxing at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and excellent location

This property delivered exactly as advertised. Terrific location, clean and well appointed. The outdoor space was particularly enjoyable complete with its own waterfall. We would stay here again.

Luxurious PTOWN Stay

The accommodations were beautiful. Full kitchen, living room, two huge beautiful bedrooms and a comfortable pull out couch. The fireplace and outside sitting area private laundry room were nice bonuses. Finally, location, location, location was perfect steps from shopping, restaurants and the ocean. We would definitely stay again.

A very nice stay

The property was wonderful. We came for a 2 night stay to hang out in P-town for the weekend before women's week. We brought our bikes and were able to lock them right outside the door. The beds were comfortable and everything was as advertised. Great and quiet location. Also, nice having the gas fireplace for the chilly evening.

LOVELY TOWNHOUSE!!

This was our first time in Provincetown - and oh my gosh it's GORGEOUS! The property was perfect, clean & quiet. Great communication with Marty the owner. I would 100% stay here again.

Fun Getaway

The house was very clean & the interior design is attractive. The beds were very comfortable & the bedrooms spacious. We had a chilly, rainy evening & the fireplace was a nice treat to come home to! We visited pre-season & the outdoor seating area needed some clean-up & maintenance but we could see how lovely it will be when the weather warms up. The location is great-- easy access to Stop & Shop or Rt 6 & a short walk to Commercial St through a classic PTown neighborhood. Our only complaint is that the parking is very tight: this unit has the last spot in with angled parking. I drive a Forester & when the car in the next spot down wasn't pulled all the way up into the space, it was too tight of a squeeze for me to back out between them & the stairs/A/C for the next unit. Luckily town is easy enough to do without driving!

Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at Marty’s place. It’s in a great location, just a few minutes walk to town. Beautiful private patio with a water feature. More than enough room for the four of us. We’ll definitely book a stay here when we return.

Beautiful and relaxing

The property is beautiful! Nice outdoor area. Very clean with modern finishes. The owner was easy to get a hold. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!
