Going Coastal is an escape to the extraordinary! Take in the stunning views from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf of America in the front, and the Intracoastal waterway in the rear. Located in the quaint town of Indian Shores on a rare section of beach called The Narrows!

 With accommodations for up to 8 guests, it's ideal for families or friends looking to relax by the beach. The master suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, ensuring a peaceful retreat. The first guest bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and its own ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed.  You'll love the fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing meals after a day in the sun, and we provide beach gear so you can easily enjoy the sandy shores just steps from your door. Additional amenities include one reserved parking spots, access to a community heated pool, and outdoor grills for delightful al fresco dining. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. It appears to have been recently renovated, with modern finishes throughout, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The home was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and very well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home.The location was excellent—convenient to nearby attractions, dining, and shopping, while still offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Traveling with family, we especially appreciated how family-friendly the property was, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay comfortably.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Well maintained condo with every amenity you could need! Beach was wide and clean, never too crowded. We really appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels provided- made our beach days very comfortable and relaxing.Mattresses, bedding and towels were all very comfortable. I loved the tile, counters, cabinets and fixtures in the bathrooms so much that I took inspo pics for our future bathroom remodel!What a week- it's hard to unplug and turn off work mode, but we sure did this week! We had a perfectly relaxing stay in this wonderful condo in a prime location!

Great stay

We’ve stayed in Tonya’s properties before and have had excellent experiences all around. This condo is well stocked, very clean, and comfortably decorated. The building is great, the view from the balcony is great, the beach is great … it’s just everything you want in a vacation rental. We will definitely visit again.

Beautiful condo and location

My family had a wonderful vacation at this condo. Everything was as listed and beautifully maintained. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. We usually vacation a little closer to our home but are all very happy the made the drive. The area is beautiful and the beach was perfect

Family Vacation

This property was just as advertised - a very clean, modern condo right on the beach. Amenities were excellent and while it seemed like there were very few resturants, if you ask around several excellent ones do exist - Salt Rock, Cottonwoods, Benedicts for breakfast, and LuLu's for Ice Cream.

Beach Trip 2024

We loved our stay. Condo was well stocked. All of the beach supplies (towels, chairs, toys, etc) were greatly appreciated. Hosts were wonderful to work with. And let’s not forget the spectacular sunset views. Thank You Tanya & Bill ❤️❤️❤️

Home away from home

Always a joy returning to Seagate 502. The beautiful well stocked unit provides a perfect backdrop for the beautiful ocean views. Host is always easy to work with and responsive. We keep returning here for our family vacation because it’s hard to beat!

Beautiful view in a beautiful condo!

From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of wonderful. The view from this condo is just breathtaking— we were lucky enough to see dolphins almost each morning! The condo was stocked with plenty of everything you could need for cooking and a wonderful day on the beach. We look forward to coming again in the future!

Great family vacation!

This condo was fabulous! Very clean, so many amenities and the most perfect view. Pictures are exactly what you get. Very impressed with all the extras including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, endless beach supplies, small library of books and drawer of cards and games. We had such a great stay. Hope to be back soon.

A Wonderful Christmas

I brought my daughter and her family here for Christmas. The condo is beautiful and more than we expected! The beds are so comfortable. We were close to restaurants, various activities and, of course, shopping! I will be back!!
