Located in the quaint town of Indian Shores on a rare section of beach called The Narrows. Picture waking up in the morning to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach, and looking out the slider from your bedroom and watching the dolphins splash away. Going Coastal has undergone a complete renovation, and features all new tile flooring throughout. The posh bathrooms boast hand-built custom cabinetry and concrete counters, and tile showers framed with European glass. Find yourself at home in a kitchen with all new cabinets and quartz countertops, finished off with stainless appliances. The bedrooms have been furnished with a coastal flair, and new mattresses and bedding await you at the end after a relaxing day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and utensils for you to scratch that culinary itch, or you can head down to the grills down by the beach and cook your dinner over an open flame. There's also Tiki Huts with picnic tables for you to enjoy your meal right on the beach! And of course, if you prefer to dine out, there is an endless variety of amazing restaurants to choose from nearby. There is a laundry room inside the unit with a washer and dryer, complete with detergent, as well as an iron and ironing board. The SeaGate condos also have a heated pool for you to lay out at, or if you prefer to put your toes in the sand, the beach is right outside your door! The unit also has a beach closet that includes everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach.
BEDROOM SETUP The Master suite has a king size bed and a 32" HDTV with built-in DVD player. It also has an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has two queen size beds and a 32" HDTV with DVD player, It also has an ensuite bath. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a 28" HDTV with built-in DVD player. This bedroom shares a bath with bedroom 2.
**** This unit comes with one reserved parking spot. If additional parking is needed, you can find them in the non-reserved guest parking or you can find additional parking off site (fees may apply). Two cars max.
