Lovely house, very responsive and charming hosts, easy beach access, and grateful they allow pets! Wish the covered deck was a bit larger so you could see more beach, but it was still a good view and right on the beach.

Wonderful vacation home. The house itself is in an amazing location. Even at the end of July it was not busy at all!The house was very clean. The owner was great to work with, very kind, and we got into the house early. The beds were already made as well. The layout of the queen room was a bit odd and it could use some decorations/mirrors and trash cans in the bedrooms but that’s a super easy fix and nothing to hold against the home or the owner :-)There were tons of beach chairs and boogie boards to pick from. The porch furniture was so comfortable with breathtaking views. We would definitely rent this again.

We really enjoyed our stay at God‘s grace! It is a beautiful location just steps from the beach! The kitchen is well stocked. Other reviews mentioned AC problems but it worked very well during our stay. The house was clean. The only thing we would have appreciated was if the windows had been cleaned. The salt leaves a coating that makes it difficult to enjoy the view. Also, the couch cushions need to be replaced as some are terribly misshapen. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely consider staying again!

Great Beach Getaway!

Lovely property with an incredible location. Family friendly with perfect views of the ocean, great bedrooms and overall, just a really nice spot.

Great Location feels like a private beach

We had a fantastic time in a house that felt like is home in a perfect location. Plenty of space for all of us and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beach and town!!

Wonderful beach getaway!

Enjoyed our weekend getaway!

We enjoyed staying at God's Grace. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with lots of items though we chose not to cook too much. The views were wonderful from both porches. Sofa and king bed were comfy. Amy was a joy to work with!

Beach view and access were fantastic. We could watch sunrise from the master bedroom without getting out of bed, but seeing it from the beach was equally majestic. Amy the owner was extremely helpful and very responsive; we couldn’t get the EV charger to work but she came up with solutions for us that worked.The kitchen & living room areas are very comfortable and open and we spent lots of time there when we weren’t on the beach. The dining room is plenty large and the kitchen area with bar stools around the counter was perfect for cooking and family time.The owner also put up a Christmas tree which was very festive!

When we found God’s Grace, we knew it was something special—between the sturdy concrete construction, the unbeatable oceanfront views, and the peaceful beach just outside the door, it was the perfect place to create lifelong memories. We hope you’ll fall in love with it just like we did.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

'Crowded' is not part of our vocabulary on this part of North Topsail Beach. There is plenty of room for your family to spread out chairs and blankets, play corn hole, bocci ball or paddle ball, throw the football or frisbee and play your favorite beach tunes, without disturbing, or being disturbed, by others. Rest easy as the kids play in the surf, protected by a sand bar about 30-40 yards out, or in the tidal pools that may appear late in the day. Enjoy great surf fishing around the posts of a former pier north of the house or surf and boogie board the waves. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the long days of summer. And by summer, we mean May through October, at least!
