We stayed here over Thanksgiving. The house has amazing views, beautiful beach, great decks, and comfortable master bed. We will definitely return.

Labor Day getaway

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The view is amazing and the ease of walking just steps to the beach makes the whole experience so easy. There’s a hose to wash off the sand and equipment before putting it on the porch. We talked to our neighbors who have been coming down for several years and stayed in this property before and had nothing but great things to say about Amy. It was just a quick 10 min drive to town to get ice cream, dinner etc. the beach was not crowded at all which was wonderful. I didn’t have to wake up at 6am to run out to put my chairs out to get a prime spot. There was plenty of space right in front of our house!!! I have already booked our trip for next year!!

Great view and access to beach

It was in a nice area. Loved the view from the family room and the quick access to the beach. Tropical Storm Debby put a bit of a damper on the week, but we were still were able to get in beach time especially at the beginning of the week. Towards the end of the week, we dealt with moderate wind and heavy rains off and on. Thankful that the storm was not as bad as it could have been. Overall the home was comfortable. Host communication and property cleanliness did not meet expectations based on the reviews we read prior to booking.

Great Location feels like a private beach

We had a fantastic time in a house that felt like is home in a perfect location. Plenty of space for all of us and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beach and town!!

Enjoyed our weekend getaway!

We enjoyed staying at God's Grace. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with lots of items though we chose not to cook too much. The views were wonderful from both porches. Sofa and king bed were comfy. Amy was a joy to work with!

Wonderful beach getaway!

Great House! Great Location! Awesome Owners!

My family and I spent an extended weekend from 10/6 to 10/9. The house is in a great spot with direct access to the beach. Everything we needed was in the house and more. The owner was in contact with me from the first moment of reserving the house till the day I left. I happen to meet the neighbors who were also amazing people. We had a great time. I would definitely rent this house again in the future. Thank you for everything.

Perfect Location

God’s Grace was a perfect location for a family beach stay. We loved the private access to the beach, the primary suite’s lulling sounds of the ocean at night, and ease to fit our family of 7 with our small dog. Amy was a pleasure to work with and incredibly helpful. Our only complaint was the kitchen, it wasn’t very clean and Amy immediately offered to have the cleaning crew come again.

Overall a very nice stay

Very clean and fully stocked. The location on the beach was spot on for us. We like a relaxed and quiet area and this hit the spot. To get to more commercial areas, it was only a 6 or so mile trip to Surf City so very convenient. It was also just a short 4-5 mile trip across the North bridge to Sneads Ferry. The house was very clean inside. The outside was your typical beach house with a few years under its belt (the salt is very hard on everything) so it’s going to need some attention soon. We had a full house with 8 people and it was a little cramped but not horrible. Communication with the owner could not be better and we had no issues with anything not working or being broken. If I were to be critical of anything it would be not having an outside water hose to wash things off. They had a hand held shower head but a garden hose would be a nice addition. The outside deck and walkway to the beach is going to need some attention soon as well. Again, the salt is hard on everything! This wasn’t the nicest beach house that I’ve ever stayed in but it was far from the worst as well. I would say it’s a solid 4 star beach house with a 5 star location.

Peaceful rest and relaxation

The Perfect Vacation!

We spent three amazing weeks at God’s Grace! It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with our family! The location was excellent and it was easy to get to destinations on either end of the island. God’s Grace was clean and had all of the amenities you would want/need. The level of comfort we felt really made it feel like home and we cannot wait to return someday.

AMAZING!

We loved our time at God's Grace - everything was perfect from the time we pulled in until we left. We wanted a place on on the beach for vacation - with room for 6 kids, private, not crowded beach, amenties and close to things. This location was perfect. Amy was an amazing host - very responsive to all questions before and after stay. We will be looking to stay here again!! And recommending it to others!

Relaxing Getaway

The location right on the beach was relaxing to see and hear and super convenient to access with littles and all the gear. It was nice to have bedding and bath towels provided, as that seems less common these days. Nice updates were made to the house. When we reached out to the rental company regarding some minor findings they were very responsive. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay.

amazing vacation!

Everything here was wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable & had everything we could possibly need. Being pet friendly I kind of expected a little mess or "pet smell" but that was not the case here, it was exceptionally clean. We went out for dinner most days, but the kitchen was probably stocked better than mine. 1st floor gated deck was a favorite spot for our pup to sit outside with us. Great views & a quiet neighborhood, which is exactly what we wanted. Not a single complaint from anyone!

Nice beachfront house in Topsail

This was our first time to Topsail. The home is nicely situated on the beach. We enjoyed our walks on the beach from right off of our deck down the walkway. Spectacular view. It was a nice place for family spend time together.

When we found God’s Grace, we knew it was something special—between the sturdy concrete construction, the unbeatable oceanfront views, and the peaceful beach just outside the door, it was the perfect place to create lifelong memories. We hope you’ll fall in love with it just like we did.

'Crowded' is not part of our vocabulary on this part of North Topsail Beach. There is plenty of room for your family to spread out chairs and blankets, play corn hole, bocci ball or paddle ball, throw the football or frisbee and play your favorite beach tunes, without disturbing, or being disturbed, by others. Rest easy as the kids play in the surf, protected by a sand bar about 30-40 yards out, or in the tidal pools that may appear late in the day. Enjoy great surf fishing around the posts of a former pier north of the house or surf and boogie board the waves. All in all, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the long days of summer. And by summer, we mean May through October, at least!
