I found this property in 1997 and fell in love with it. the location is perfect, with a view of mountains in the background and a golf course in between. Unusual for the area is its own 2 car garage and a large deck on top. Bright, cheerful, spacious.....I just loved it.
The owner sold it to a local but I couldn't get over it. Periodically I would stop by to see if anyone was there I could talk to about selling it to me.
Finally, after 15 years of waiting, I finally succeeded in getting the owner to sell it to me! How many people get a second chance to make their dream come true?!
Well I did, and I love sharing it with others.

The deli market is only a block away in case you need any supplies, or, 1 block beyond that is the Trout Creek Rec center. Work out, take a class, use the hot tub. All in walking distance. Cozy, convenient, close to major ski resorts, shopping, downtown Truckee.
