Located just minutes from Lake Wilhelm. You will find yourself right at home in this 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath home. Surrounded by state game lands you will enjoy the
serene and private back deck. If your one of the lucky few you may get a great view of our friend “The Bald Eagle” which frequents the area. You can visit the Lake Wilhelm Winery or shop at the Grove City Outlet Mall. Just 45 minutes north is Presque Isle Downs Casino.

Great well maintained home

We have family stay here when they visit as it is a perfect location by us and we know it is clean, welcoming and the hosts are great.

Peaceful beauty

A very peaceful place in the country, we loved playing with our 4 year old and watching her run on the large green pasture. Very calming, great deck to relax and have our morning coffee. Hosts were very hospitable and kind. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

Stayed over the weekend for a fishing trip Close to lake Wilhem and conneaut Great communication with the owners … fast responses All the amenities u would need for your stay… Stocked kitchen , bath towels , 2 tvs Game room downstairs , grill outside Nice deck with a great view Only downside was no internet service , But we made it work Would highly recommend this place for your stay !

Great Little House

The home was exactly as described. Super quiet spot in the country. Great deck overlooking the property. We really enjoyed the foosball and pool tables in the basement. Great hosts as well.

Peaceful

It was very peaceful, quiet, homey and full of wildlife. Plenty of room for the dogs to sniff around. Perfect for a do nothing weekend

beautiful cottage nestled in wooded area

Great house, pictures do not give it justice. The owners welcomed us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The house had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay

Beautiful property

This property is amazing! If you are looking for the perfect quite getaway with or without pets.....you NEED to check this place out!! We had an amazingly relaxing time here. You're out in the country but still close to everything. Charles and Carolyn are GREAT!!

Great weekend away

House was great. We’re we’re visiting daughter at college. Game room downstairs was a plus. Nice yard. Check in was smooth. Beds were comfortable and we slept great. Overall a great trip.

Great Weekend

We had a great time at Chuck and Carolyn rental property. This house was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed teaching our son how to play pool. There's a State park just a few miles away with great trails to take our pooch on a walk too.

Fantastic home away from home

Carolyn and Charles always make our experience at their home wonderful. Their recent upgrades to the house are very nice. The little extras they provide, like snacks, are greatly appreciated. Sitting on the deck is very relaxing. This was our third stay with them and I'm sure we will be back.

New Year's Trip 24/25

We have stayed at this property twice in the past. Unfortunately, there was a last-minute illness that prevented us from being able to go this time. Too late to cancel. Just one of those things. Nobody's fault.We hope to book another trip to this property in the future, because it is just a nice, quite place to relax and unplug for a few days.

looking for somewhere to kick back and relax this is the perfect place. all the comforts of home and close to Meadville or Erie if your looking for fun activities. Go biking and hiking at the nearby state park. Will be back soon

2nd time as great as the first

This is my second stay and I just adore this clean, quiet place with super nice owners. I have family in the area, and it is so nice that they can come visit me here instead of a motel room, or me always doing the running. Being able to bring my 2 little frenchies is a huge plus! So very happy I found this gem. Already planning my next visit!

Highly recommend

The house and property are a perfect getaway. There were nice added touches such as snacks, coffee and pretty much anything you needed. It was very clean and would highly recommend it. The kitchen is fully stocked and lots of linens as well as outdoor furniture. It is in a safe neighborhood and everyone was very friendly. It is only a few miles from the bicycle trail. We will be planning our next stay here. I cant say enough good things about this place.

Secluded and Clean

Meeting the owners upon arrival was very cordial. The property was clean and secluded and located in a desirable location close to hiking and biking. Would definitely consider a return. A 5 star rental.

Great stay for our fishing trip!

This house is in a quiet country neighborhood but just a couple minutes down the road you have food and gas available plus a DG if you forgot anything. The house is beautiful inside and the hosts showed great hospitality from the informative walkthrough, to the complimentary snacks and drinks. Apart from my own bed these were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The house is laid out quite nice, and the backyard and deck were beautiful. When you stay make sure to make use of the game room in the basement! We enjoyed our stay and we'll be back again next year!

Small, but everything to offer

The owners of this property go out of their way to make a stay fantastic! They keep it well-stocked with all the thing you realize you need, but realize it too late (ziploc bags, corkscrews, etc). They were SO helpful with directions and local tips. It's far removed from anything, but 20 minutes to everything! Outlet mall and restaurants, wineries, etc. This was a very comfortable, welcoming trip for us and the dogs. Wish I could have stayed the whole month, but some other lucky renters beat us to the experience. Would highly recommend!

Best VRBP Rental Ever!

Wow! Just Wow! We've used VRBO a number of times over the years, but I have to say this was the most welcoming, home-like stay we've had. From meeting Carolyn at the beginning as she walked us through the layout, to all the little things like half and half in the fridge, coffee, snacks, all the little toiletries...just amazing! We were looking for just a long weekend getaway to enjoy some time together along with our dog, Strider, but I can guarantee that we'll be back probably for a longer stay! Thank you SO much for a wonderful experience!

Best stay ever!

My husband and I stayed 69 nights in this home, it was such a wonderful rental. From the moment we arrived it was amazing! The home was cozy, but plenty of room and very well appointed. Loved having a washer and dryer, and that they are PET FRIENDLY which is sometimes hard to find! I cannot say enough about the owners Chuck and Carolyn, they are fantastic people! We have used VRBO all over the United States and this stay was top of the list! When Fall started to set in I came home to the front porch decorated so beautifully! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. All the amenities, WIFI, great selection of television channels. Thank you Chuck and Carolyn for everything and we will definitely be back sometime! We miss the place already!

Weekend Getaway

If you want peace and quiet with nobody around, then this is the place for you. The facilities in the house are great, but the grounds are great, too. Both the front and the back offer privacy, with a fire ring out back. It is a very short drive to Lake Wilhelm, making this property a nice base of operations if you are into flat water kayaking, fishing, etc.
