This updated luxury beach retreat accommodates up to 8 guests with a King in the master bedroom, and an ottoman/chair twin bed, the guest room offers a queen bed with a full loft bed in the guest bedroom, a queen sleeper Sofa in the living room. Holiday Surf 310 is conveniently located on the 3rd floor near the fitness center.

Enjoy the sunrise views over the beautiful beach and sparkling Emerald Green Gulf waters from the open-air balcony, while you sip your morning coffee, watching the dolphins play, or reading your favorite book……however you enjoy your time, Welcome to unit 310 and the beautiful beach!

The tasteful decor incorporates ocean and beach inspirations with all your modern comforts of home. Cool luxury flooring has been installed throughout with Granite counter-tops in the Kitchen and bathrooms and offers dining for six at the table and 3 at the counter bar. You'll find a new 55" TV with a DVD/Blue-Ray Player in the living room and flat screen smart TVs in both Bedrooms,

Don't forget all the wonderful amenities Holiday Surf has to offer - a great outdoor heated pool, Fitness room, Sauna, plus Tennis courts and Shuffleboard with Free equipment rentals. There is complimentary WIFI throughout the property, free linen exchange and parking is FREE!

Unit 310 offers complimentary umbrella and 2 beach chairs service on the beach each day March – October. Did we mention - we are directly found on our very own Private, White Sand Gulf Beach, and private gated access. What more could you want?

Add all this to the to the most impressive Ocean views and incredible sunrises and we know you will be delighted with your stay in 310 and not want to leave!!

Only a minimum 3-night stay is required year-round.

Fall Break Family Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very nice! The view of the beach from the balcony wasn't epic, but you have to expect that with the 3rd floor. It was still beautiful and you can see the beach. The furniture was really nice (mattresses were all SUPER comfy, even the sleeper sofa!!). We love the facilities of this property. Will definitely stay here again and recommend!

Reviewer Comments: Probably ones of the best places ever stayed had my 15 old daughter and one of her friends with me felt very safe and it was so clean and our room was perfect. We have friends that have been going for over 20 years to this Condo and they had nothing but good to say. Planning on coming back to same place next year. Our room was 310 it was extremely nice I would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome Stay in 310

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 4 nights with our grandson for his 16th birthday trip. 310 was very clean and nicely appointed, we appreciated the Keurig and coffee pot so my wife could enjoy her flavored coffee and we could enjoy normal coffee. The beds were comfortable (we have a Sleep Number at home). The property was well maintained, we saw someone outside every day making sure the pool area was safe and clean.My grandson and I enjoyed parasailing at Pelican Adventures. The folks in the office and the crew were all very nice and had our safety I mind at all times. We also enjoyed many good meals (albeit a bit pricey). The best meal was at Louisiana Lagnaippe a short distance from the condo and second best was The Back Porch (about a 20 minute drive in early June).We enjoyed it enough to want to return for a couples long weekend in the future.

Girls Trip

Last minute decision to take a quick trip to the beach. The booking process was seamless and the property did not disappoint. Very clean, and fresh and comfortable. The entire complex was very clean and quiet... 5 Star rating.
