Enjoy a penthouse view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. While on the beach front balcony, enjoy your morning coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, and you may catch a few dolphins flocking in the surf.

This one-bedroom luxury unit has recently been updated with new flooring and a remodeled bathroom. The condominium sleeps up to 4 guests, featuring a king size bed in the bedroom, and a comfy queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen, with new stainless-steel appliances, is ready for enjoying your meals on-site or for the budding outdoor chef, there are charcoal grilles available for the evening barbeque. In the bedroom and living room, Smart HDTVs are placed for your viewing pleasure, perfect for binge watching Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ or any other of your streaming service accounts. Our guests can finish off the evening with a glass of wine, or their favorite beverage on the balcony, while enjoying the sounds of the surf. During the summer months, weekly fireworks can be seen from the walkway right outside your front door or while you leisurely stroll the beach.

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club guests have a variety of amenities available for their enjoyment; white sandy beach, heated swimming pool, tennis and pickle balls courts, with free equipment checkout, a fitness center, new laundry facilities on two floors, with a weekly linen exchange, and a DVD kiosk, with free DVD checkout. Also, our guests are provided with a complementary beach service [1 March through 31 October], which includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs set-up for you by our beach attendant.

Nice room. Big bed. Decent small kitchen/stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, glasses, dishes, silverware, etc. TV in bedroom and living room. Shower only, no bath tub, but nice bathroom. Our room was quiet/7th floor. Good view of beach and ocean (dolphins swimming by).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 706. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us on our 25 year anniversary. The balcony was great. The rockers were fantastic. Loved sitting and listening to the waves. Unfortunately, I wasn’t feeling well that week, but we still enjoyed the time. WiFi we were given at checkin was wrong. TV was not working, so someone came up and had to switch TV to match the box. That seemed like something that should have been already taken care of prior to us arriving. The situation was resolved quickly. The front desk staff had replied to a couple texts, but then the communication stopped. We would return!

Love Holiday Surf and Raquet Club

Had everything we needed for cooking, nice stocked bathroom, extra items for the beach! Loved the fun decor and the beautiful view of the ocean! Everything about this unit just made me smile! Walks on the beach were incredible! Holiday Surf is in a great location off the busy street, yet close to lots of great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Staff at Holiday Surf are extremely friendly and helpful! Destin is the perfect place to vacation! This was our fourth year there and we are coming back next year. We already have a long list of recommended restaurants we want to try and more things we want to see and do!

Had to clean it

Girls weekend

Perfect size for the two of us! Very clean and updated. Love the decor! You can watch fireworks at the Harborwalk from right outside the front door. Beautiful view from the balcony. We went to the front desk when we arrived and checked in and we were told they would text us when our room was ready. Finally at 6pm we double checked if it was ready and they said they had texted us but we never received it. That was the only drawback! Everything else was perfect.

The pictures on the website do it no justice. We spent 6 nights here for our honeymoon and was very pleased with the location and how clean the property was. We were very impressed with the walkways down to the beach. Our only disappointment was the fact that you are given a tag for your beach service chairs and you have to go down before 7am every single morning to reserve a chair on the front row. with us being on vacation it would be nice to rest a morning or two instead of racing to the beach for a chair. All other places we have ever stayed, you get a tag and you tag your chair on day one and that is your chair for the remainder of the week so this was a bit of a surprise to us.

Great condo and Beach location

They kept everyone very informed of what was going on each day. Still a little nervous riding the elevators. They’re very old & make a lot of strange sounds. 1st time at HSRC - would come back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view beautiful beach and beach set up was great. Unit was perfect for the two of us. Better equipped than expected with beach items - umbrella, chairs, board, sand molds, etc. Of course the provided set up by HSRC was all we needed but the extras were there. Kitchen had a few minor issues with older cabinets that did not affect our stay but we also understand owners are in the process of replacing. Sink had a seal leak upon arrival. Reported to management, went out to eat, upon return sink had been repaired and was fully functional. Very fast response for repair that needed to be done ASAP! Kitchen was well equipped with dishes/pots/pans/utensils. Coffee pot & toaster. Very comfortable bed. We had everything we needed for a comfortable relaxing vacation.

Great view and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay. The beach is so nice, well kept. Love that they have their chairs and umbrellas laid out so everyone gets a view. Room and view were perfect. Nice pool area. Great location Only complaint is they only had 2 washing machines and linen exchange 2 days a week. Everytime I tried to use the laundry the machines were was impossible to have clean towels the entire time with little kids in the sand all the time, which is a little gross.
