Holiday Surf #505 accommodates up to 6 people with a king size bed in master bedroom, queen size bed in guest bedroom and sofa sleeper in living room. This unit has tile floors throughout and the well equipped Kitchen features stainless steel appliances.

With dining for 6 and all the comforts of home, you'll be able to enjoy life both on and off the beach whilst vacationing at 505. A 47" flat screen TV in living room and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms round off what is sure to be your go to spot for years to come.

Good location, small apartment.

The listing pictures are a little deceiving because the apartment is really tiny and a very small kitchen. We were hoping for more space. The other annoying thing is the distance from the elevator, there is only one in the middle of the building. Also the designated smoking area was just outside the main exit door which is not pleasant to always have to walk by, especially if you have kids. On the other hand the apartment was clean and the location convenient. I would probably not go back to this property considering the cost per night and the inconveniences here listed.

Beautiful view

Location is off the beaten path! Views from the balcony were beautiful, so many boats and always people to watch! Access to the beach was a little more cumbersome than I anticipated with a toddler, but was nice to have an umbrella and chairs everyday if we wanted them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was clean and had a great view. This is our 4th stay at the Holiday Surf and racquet club and we love the location. Great beaches, family friendly atmosphere. The only thing that would keep us from renting this particular condo again was that the beds were very uncomfortable. I would recommend purchasing new mattress for 505.

Nice property

It's a nicely kept property, more information in advance on checkin and checkout procedures would have been helpful, but otherwise we had a pleasant stay. Be sure to bring toiletries and household products as very little was provided, so we had to go purchase all these things within the first two days. It's also worth noting the pin on the map is not where this property is located - it's a few blocks further west, so if you're trying to coordinate with another family rental, keep this in mind.

Holiday Surf Unit 505

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wehave stayed at Holiday Surf every fall for the past 10 years, each vacation has been a wonderful experience...until this one. This was a last-minute booking in unit 505 which we had never stayed in before. While it is decorated fairly nicely and looks good in the pictures we found several problems. Kitchen faucet not working properly, ice maker not working, refrigerator door handle broken, water leaked in floor when dishwasher in use, sand was still on the living area floors, bed sheets had been tightened and made to appear to have been changed but upon inspection we found hairs of varying length in the sheets with sand still in one of the beds, the 2nd bedroom bed is a cheap, thin-mattressed outfit below the quality found in most rental trailers. Kudos to mgmt. upon being made aware of the problems, they refunded the cleaning fee, had someone bring fresh clean sheets for the beds, still, this unit needs attn from the owner to bring it up to par with other units in the bldg.

However, if you are worried about covid you may want to avoid this complex. There was only supposed to be 15 people in the pool and there were typically around 40. We didn't care because we didnt use the pool. Also only saw 1 employee wearing a mask.
