Additional chairs and umbrellas are available for rent if needed.

Inside, the condo features a clean, coastal modern feel with tile flooring throughout and a bright, welcoming layout that makes it easy to relax the moment you arrive. There are direct unobstructed views of gulf from both the living room and balcony.  The balcony includes 4 bar height chairs and a rail hugger table for enjoyment of outdoor coffee, meals, or evening drinks while watching all beach and ocean activities. The living room offers a comfortable gathering space with a leather sofa that converts to a queen size sofa sleeper, 3 reclining chairs, ceiling fan, and a large **65-inch TV with DVD player**—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and a **55 inch TV with DVD player**, along with a private en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower for a refreshing start or end to your day.

The guest bedroom is a standout feature, offering another **king-size bed—an uncommon and highly desirable setup**—plus a ceiling fan and a **42-inch TV with DVD player**. The guest bathroom which includes a direct entrance from bedroom includes a full bathtub, with a grab bar for safety, providing additional comfort and convenience for families or groups.
