The property is clean and easy to get around. We had a pleasant experience with the receptionist and the host. Highly recommend and would stay again! There is plenty of space for a group of 6.

Family visiting family

Two of my children and their children stayed and had the best time. One couple loved loved the hot tub. All enjoyed the beautiful pool and of course the grands loved the activity center! Thank you for a wonderful stay we will be back!!

The unit was very clean and ready for our stay. The weather was too cold for us to use, but the pools and hot tubs looked very nice. There were some brave kids using the heated pool and it looked like they were having fun.

Staycation, sort of...

If your rental home is being repaired and you have to be out of the house for 3 weeks, there is no better Sonoma County spot to be than the Worldmark by Windsor. Our comfy 2BR, 2BA with kitchen, laundry, balcony patio w/BBQ and cozy living room were wonderful. The pools and hot tubs, area discounts and great location were a super bonus!!! We will definitely be back as vacationers next time. Our VRBO owners were so kind and helpful.

Great Place For Families

Great place to stay with families. They are responsive to requests for household supplies. Our only critique would be that we did not stay in the unit owned by the Vrbo person we contracted with. The assign units by availability when you check in. While our unit had everything we needed, it was a little rundown and could use updating.

The place was nice

The place was great. The check in process was a little frustrating. The place was not ready at 4:30 although the check in time was 4:00. Ashlee at the front desk was very kind and reassuring. Even with all the pressure of people wanting their rooms, she stayed calm and helpful.

Excellent

The condo was very clean, the grounds are lovely and there is easy access to the highway. The second bedroom has twin beds and and the second bathroom is in the hall next to the second bedroom which we did not expect. The person checking us in offered to send someone up to connect the beds. We had very slight pressure to attend a timeshare breakfast and presentation so be aware that this will happen.

Good location for short stay

We went to CA to explore the area to see if we would want to move around there somewhere. Windsor is close to Healdsberg and to Santa Rosa, so location was great for us. The apartment is nice. There were missing towels and TP but dialing zero took care of that. Parking was difficult if you got back after 6pm but that’s not on the owner. The most frustrating were the sales people, but Logan did warn in a welcome email. I just didn’t expect for the pitches immediately upon check-in & then multiple calls and at one point I had to expressly say that I did not want any more calls or conversations about the sales pitches in order for them to stop. Just so you know. The owner was quick to respond about issues and the games in the main lobby were nice for the kids. WIFI at this place is extra $ like in hotels and you can rent DVD movies from the lobby for $3 per night. Overall though, this was what we needed to explore the area and it absolutely served our purposes.

The property is in a great location. The rooms are clean and have a nicely stocked kitchen. The biggest down side to staying here is the check-in process. It is a world mark so you have to go through the whole high pressure sales pitch no matter how many times you say not interested. Also don’t expect WiFi you must pay extra for that and the air conditioning only goes down to 70 if you like it cooler when you sleep as we do.

Excellent location for Sonoma, Napa and Alexander Valleys. The unit was clean, offered all we needed to prepare full breakfasts each morning. We had a problem with the hot water and they replaced a part in the hot water heater within the hour. Very attentive staff. The location has beautiful pools and large hot tubs with toys for kids. Great restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc within 5 minute drive. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Decent stay

Lots of amenities around the property and very spacious. Cleanliness and attention to detail in that regard was lacking. One of the toilets stopped up late at night and we couldn't unclog it so it was unusable that night and next morning. Had to call a few times to get someone to come push the twin beds together. Despite this, would stay here again.
