Located on a quiet dead-end street just off Montauk Highway in desirable Ditch Plains this house is directly across from child friendly South Lake beach and a short walk to the ocean at Ditch Plains. The newly constructed expanded composite deck overlooks beautiful Lake Montauk, beautiful both day and night. Finished above ground lower level has bedroom and bath with tiled shower and second living area. There is also a lower level deck. The main floor has 3 bedrooms, recently renovated full bath and open layout to kitchen, living room and dining room with newly replaced glass sliding doors that open to a furnished deck with new propane grill. Cable with WiFi available included. TVs in place in living area upstairs and downstairs. Washer and drier on lower level. Overhead fans in 3 of 4 bedrooms and main living space. Standing floor fans also supplied.

Beautiful place place wa very nice easy to find convenient to all . And the host was helpful gracious and accommodating. Would definitely return for another trip. Highly recommend.

Owner keeps everything, kitchen, bathrooms, bedding and associated items super -clean. Furnishings older and functional in keeping with simple beach house esthetic. Location, view on a hill overlooking lake picture perfect and breezy.

Lou is a terrific host. House was clean and a pleasant place to stay for the holiday weekend. Short walk to the ditch plains beach. Would highly recommend a stay at this property !

Just perfect space to spread out, yet homey/ eclectic/rustic. All straight forward, clean abd bright. Owner had been exceptional answering questions and directing us around. Clearly a local edge. Sleep mattresses are a bonus l - so comfortable.

Had an excellent time staying here. Listing was as described. Plenty of room for five men. Multiple places to lounge around and socialize together. Large backyard if you were looking to utilize that. Quick walk down the block to the beach. In fact you could walk to town if you like walking. Host was great - easy to reach and quick to respond. Check in and check out process was super easy. I genuinely do not have any negative feedback.

Great weekend stay

Wonderfully convenient to beaches and the village. Stayed here for a weekend wedding with family and there was plenty of room for all. The house is a bit older but all part of the Montauk charm. We would stay again and recommend. Loved the porch over looking the bay with morning coffee.

House was very comfortable, clean, and has spectacular sunsets! Walk to the beach and lovely quiet neighborhood. Brought my adult children and Mother for a wonderful family vacation. Cant wait to go back next year.

Ideal location away from hustle bustle of downtown Montauk. Space to spread out on decks, living room, downstairs. Beach equipment, towels, sheets all provided.

Perfect getaway beach house in Montauk

Stayed here with some friends for my 35th birthday celebration and had the best time. The house had a perfect beach vibe and the view from the deck was breathtaking. Very conveniently located walking distance to ditch plains and short drive to town. Lou was also a very responsive and accommodating host during our stay when we needed anything.

Fantastic house near Montauk

Nicely equipped house, great deck, and in a quiet neighbourhood right next to Montauk. We all really enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend.

Relaxing Stay in Montauk

My husband and I stayed at this property with our family and friends in July. The house is well located in a quiet part of Montauk with a five minute drive to downtown and a 15 minute walk to the Ditch Plains beach. The house has a nice large deck overlooking Montauk Lake with sunset views and a large lawn. Our check in process was easy and our host was very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, relaxing.

Excellent location for a late summer getaway. Being able to walk to Ditch Plains was amazing. We loved the decor and cozy, spacious living and bedrooms. The view from the deck was also a dream. Highly recommend!
