Private beach-Walk from Delightful Summer Cottage

Our house is a short walk (quarter mile - 2 blocks) to one of the most beautiful private beaches in the Hamptons (access to Hither Hills Private Beach with parking key and permit included).

The house is tucked away from the road surrounded by beautiful trees. It's an upside down layout featuring a sun filled open floorpan with wood burning stove and cathedral ceilings. A skylit master bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom is also on the second floor. The two bedrooms on the lower level include a king sized bed (beds can be pulled apart into two twins) and a children's room with two bunk beds and trundle. There is a second shared bathroom for the two bedrooms. The set up is ideal for one or two families. There is also a mudroom with a third shower which is perfect after a day on the beach. The house is surrounded by beautiful oak trees which can be enjoyed from the outdoor deck. There is plenty of parking.

House also offers central air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, outdoor furniture, gas grill, games, puzzles, beach toys and chairs.

The house is conveniently located. We are 1 1/2 miles to downtown Montauk, 1 mile to Gurneys and 8 miles to Amagansett.

East Hampton Rental Registry Number 23-1043 NOTE: East Hampton rules allow for NO MORE than 4 unrelated guests to occupy the house. If this rule is broken guests will be asked to leave and charged the full security deposit to cover fines.
