With big Gulf-facing decks, a very well equipped kitchen, and plenty of bathrooms, this place handled our crowd of 10 with ease. The beach and Gulf are remarkable

Wonderful family vacation

Gorgeous beach, stunning sunsets and perfect weather made this family vacation nearly perfect. The house is beautifully decorated, the kitchen well stocked and great for family meals. We loved our experience and would definitely stay again.

Annual summer trip

We’ve stayed in Cape San Blas three times with this group and everyone said this was the best place by far. Great location, wonderful air conditioning, two refrigerators, easy check in…could go on and on. Plan on coming back.

Beautiful family home

The house was perfect for us. The owners thought of literally everything. We just checked out this morning, and the grandchildren are already asking when can we come back.

Well stocked home for large family

We loved the location and convenient access to beach and pool with amazing view of sunset! It was convenient that each bedroom had access to private bathroom. The two master suites were large and comfortable although the other three BR were quite small. Host - Zach was very responsive before and during out stay! Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

Good overall stay

The only thing was I thought the pool was a private pool and not a hoa community pool. But that would not be a deal breaker to stay again.

Southern Hospitality at its finest

The house was absolutely perfect. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. You can always tell when the owners appreciate their guests, by the extras provided. Every mattress in the home was comfortable. The spice rack saved us several trips to the store.

Wonderful week!

Great house in beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of space for big family. Two ovens and extra fridge a plus! We go to Cape San Blas, St George or PCB a few times a year. This has been one of our favorites. Excellent and easy communication. Even with large dune in front of house- still excellent view. Already planning our next trip back.

The perfect place for a family celebration!

We celebrated my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary at Tide Together! We were a group of 11, ranging in ages from 70-ish to 9! The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. The view of the dunes and the ocean were spectacular. Zak is very responsive and attentive. He was also very gracious and understanding as we navigated some unplanned obstacles leading up to our the vacation. The location is convenient to many of the local eateries and parks. I would definitely stay here again!

Summer family vacation

Would have appreciated heads up that pool is for the 8 houses on the cul de sac and not on the property. Also, a house in this price range should have a full size washer and dryer and not an apartment sized efficiency model.

Fabulous vacation!

The house was spacious and definitely outfitted with all the expected items, with the exception of beach towels. Bring your own! The location was wonderful, first time this far north on the Cape and appreciated the beach access just outside the back door. We had one small issue with the upstairs air conditioner, but it was addressed quickly with great communication. Definitely a must book!

Awesome beach house

Very comfortable beach house. Efficient floor plan. Board walk immediately adjacent to the house. (i think some houses may have to walk over a couple houses to a board walk, so this was a plus) . Amazing beach--we had a 75 yard stretch of beach just to ourselves. Great experience with Zak, the owner. Simple, easy checkin and checkout process, and very available for us. Well equipped kitchen. It was nice to have a place to store beach chairs and such under the house on the ground level, with a hose to rinse everything off each day. Enjoyed the outdoor grill.

Some issues but overall good house and beach time

Pros -Beach front -2 refrigerators -2 ovens -Well stocked kitchen Cons - front door knob not latching/working properly had to be replaced while there (could have been prevented) - able to smell strong propane odor outside. Ended up having a gas leak. Gas company had to come out and assess/fix leak. -hot water heater went out while there. Plumber had to replace heat elements in both hot water heaters - Having to put your own sheets on EVERY bed in the house due to them still using "CDC recommendations" from 2021. - parking. Able to park 4 SUVs and small trailer but must park in front/under the house. Parking area in front of the house was small and tricky to maneuver for the larger SUVs.(Can get trailer under the house if you are good at backing a trailer)

Perfect space

We had 3 families together with 7 adults and 5 teens. It worked perfectly. 4 out of the 5 bedrooms had it's own bathroom so there were no adults feeling like they were cheated a primary bedroom type space. Well equipped kitchen was great too! Two fridges. Perfect for a large gathering.

Amazing time

The week was shorter than we had hoped due to an unforeseen family emergency, but our time there was amazing. The house was as advertised and there was plenty of extra beach stuff for the kids to play with. Everything worked perfectly after the initial door lock issue occurred on arrival, but was remedied immediately. One note would be that it is important that if you are bringing a trailer to haul bikes/paddle boards, etc that it fit underneath the house. Unfortunately ours didn’t and violated HOA codes and we had to find last minute storage for it. A bit of a nuisance as we were not aware of that before we left, else we may have tried to arrange different accommodations for it.

Bad neighbor.

The next door neighbor made it impossible to relax. House needs a deep clean as well. Front door doesn't latch. Other than that beach, water and weather were perfect. Great communication with owner.

Reynolds Clan 2022

We had a great time at Tide Together! The house and space were great. Bunk room was perfect for our college boys and their friends. Parking was tricky for a family of big trucks!! Ice was our only challenge. An ice maker other than the small one in the kitchen refrigerator would have been a plus. Great place though and easy process.

Great location.

The home was just as pictured. The beach was lovely. We enjoyed our stay and the large kitchen. The decks were wonderful for relaxing. The only complaint is that the boardwalk railings were very weathered and we all had lots of slivers, especially the little one so be careful.
