The property was clean and welcoming. It was stocked with everything we needed, even items for the beach. Well located and a super gracious host. We have found our go to spot for future visits!

Jenny was very friendly and accommodating! The house was very nice and the living area upstairs was great so we could all see the ocean! The beach is very close and easy to get to. Definitely recommend!

I loved our stay. The beach access couldn’t be beat and the townhouse was spacious and clean. Parking was easy and the host was responsive and offered great dining suggestions. I would definitely return!

Very nice clean 3 br townhouse with ocean view from the 2nd floor porch. Great location - across the street from the beach and very close to Egan's Greenway. Owner was very responsive and we enjoyed our 6 week stay there.

The best trip!

We love to stay in this area because it’s a quick little walk to the beach but also multiple places to eat and the beach store. This is by far our favorite place we have stayed in Amelia Island!

Vacation Paradise

We had a wonderful visit to Amelia Island! The condo is central to restaurants, beach fun, and ice cream! We enjoyed being so close to the ocean, and woke up bright and early to see the sunrise!

This was a cute and convenient spot. I put my son and his friend in the two bedrooms downstairs and my wife and I enjoyed the top floor, which is where the kitchen et all were. They enjoyed being able to come and go without disturbing us. The beach was right across the street. Dairy Queen and Sliders were both less than a 5 minute walk. We would stay here again.

Excellent HOST! Property as promised. Clean and fresh. Great location. Easy to find as well. There are restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to the beach easily as well. I would only wish for a full-size ironing board.Thanks for everything.

Great experience

The property was just as advertised. Comfortable and roomy, with just a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Property! Great Location!

I booked this property for my brother-in-law’s wedding. The property is located near food and beach access (easily walkable). I highly recommend this property if you’re staying on Amelia Island!
