This beautiful home is located in the heart of Burbank. Close to WB, Disney Studios, Universal Studios, and Burbank Airport. Area full of cool restaurants, coffees, bars within walking distance. The house can accommodate up to 2 people with fully functioning kitchen, including dish washer, dining room, queen sized bed with an addition sofa , closet space, full bathroom, private patio, washer and dryer are included as well.

Terrible experience.

Noisy uncomfortable Bed and terrible dirty furniture. Bed Sheets, Pillows, blankets Towels of the lowest quality. 2 Terrible partly broken chairs. Very uncomfortable and unclean couch (futon). No Coffee table to put a plate if you have a laptop on the tiny glass table. You have to eat standing up. Overall cheap and dirty place. My wife and I came out with backaches every morning and disgusted to even sit down on the couch or sleep in the bed. ugly partial plates and silverware. Overall the owner is too cheap to have normal furniture and conveniences for what he charges. The worse is the heater /AC unit. OMG gave us a headache everyday.

Good Price and location

We had a really good time in California visiting friends and taking in attractions. Our accommodations were more than sufficient and our hosts ensured things were well. This home is comfy and serves the purpose well. Although parking is tight, it was nice to have a spot just outside of our door and certainly off the street. The home was neat and clean. The furniture was less than comfortable and I would not recommend planning on sleeping on the futon couch provided in the living room as sitting on it wasn't comfortable. The bed lived up to previous ratings. My back and I would recommend the owners consider updating the bed. there were plenty of dishes and linen for my wife and me to be comfortable. I would rent this location again and would recommend it to others wanting a good value when visiting California.

Cute, cozy property close to everything we wanted to do

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We were able to cook meals and wash some clothes while there! We also appreciated the off street private parking. The patio was perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining and the umbrella and lush foliage provided some privacy in an otherwise busy and busing neighborhood!

Not what I expected

I wasn't very impressed with this place. The bed was so uncomfortable and it moved around every time we moved. The fouton in the living room was even worse. You can feel the metal bar right through the center. Needless to say we didn't sleep well during our stay. The walls were dirty and you can see actual handprints especially in the living room after letting the fouton down. The blinds for the living room sliding door were half missing so we couldn't cover the window at night. My son slept with a light on this scared him. We didn't get any wash cloths only a few regular size towels. And the owners went in each day we were there. Not to clean up or replace the towels but one day to change the wifi password and the other to change the lock code for the key. That could have waited until we left. Weird right? My daughter ended up getting sick so we left a day early, no refund for that night offered. I won't be going back. Not sure I will even continue to use VRBO anymore either.
