This property was perfect for our family to visit. You really can walk to the beach and the pool and house set up is great for families. Jennifer was so accommodating and made sure we were totally comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had the absolute best vacation and this home was the perfect spot for our group of 6! We had plenty of space, loved the pool and hot tub and still can’t get over the expansive views. The property had everything we needed including linens, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. Thank you for a trip we won’t soon forget!

Great location with plenty of space for all!

Perfect size, amenity fit and location for a family vacation for nephew's graduation. Pool, hot tub, close to the beach and everything you'll need for your stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Amazing Property, Location, and Views

Had a great stay. The house is spacious, with great views, wonderful pool/hot tub, and a short walk down to the beach, playground, or around the corner tk the aquarium. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous Views with Amazing 70s Beach Bungalow Vibe

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views from here are breathtaking with magical sunsets. It's just a short stroll down to the beach. The home was so full of vintage SoCal charm. We hated to leave and cannot wait to return.

Dreamy stay

This house was wonderful for all of us. Our kids loved the pool and toys and we loved the views, seating, and comfy beds. It's an old house as one review mentioned, but everything is well maintained and we loved the retro style.

Spring Break Trip

We had a wonderful stay! Jennifer was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was wonderful for two families with children aged 9-13. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a house in La Jolla.

Perfect La Jolla Shores stay

Jennifer's house is perfect for a family get-together. Very well equipped, fabulous views/sunsets. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Easy access to beach for walks, wildlife, kayaking etc. Everything San Diego has to offer within half an hour or so in a car. The perfect base for a memorable holiday. Would love to go again.

Immaculately clean house in gorgeous location

We loved this house. The en suite tile bathrooms were charming; the quiet location at the end of the cul-de-sac and the incredible views with nightly sunsets made our stay. The little town of La Jolla Shores is lovely. Jennifer was great about communication and the check-in and checkout processes were seamless.

Wonderful stay at Sunset Cottage

We loved our stay at Sunset Cottage! The pool was perfect, the sunsets and views were amazing and being able to hear the surf was an unexpected bonus! The location to the beach and restaurants/shops in La Jolla Shores was great for walking and the house was easily accessible to all other La Jolla and San Diego attractions. We will definitely be back! Thanks Jennifer!!

La Jolla Delight

My family was delighted with our stay at this house. The views from the living room and master bedroom are magnificent, and the pool/hot tub were great. Even though there was a problem with the air conditioning, Jennifer was very responsive and worked to get it fixed in short order.

Healing Trip

This is exactly what my family needed. It is a great house. Charming MCM, everything that comes with that. The location is ideal, easy to get at areas north and south. My almost 3yr old granddaughter cried when we got off the plane, she realized when went going back to the house.

Christmas with family

This was an excellent property to celebrate Christmas with our family in San Diego. The views were fantastic, even better than the pictures and it was only a few blocks to the beach.Jennifer was an excellent host and very responsive anytime I reached out to her.The beds were very comfortable and every bedroom had its own bathroom which was convenient. All the rooms were good size and the furniture was very cozy. We didn’t use the pool but hope to on future visits.I can’t recommend this property enough. We hope to stay there again.
