West 903 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the ninth floor, West 903 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. West 903’s professional décor and plush furnishings offer an elite coastal atmosphere that is sure to melt your stresses away!

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including restricted access to North facing balconies, balcony furniture being brought indoors, and the closure of certain common areas, including parking spaces. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. Beach Service Update: effective for 2024, Silver Beach Towers no longer offers a Complimentary Beach Service set-up however, the same great beach service and set-ups will still be available for purchase, in advance, and in most cases, at a discounted rate. Custom drapery and professionally designed furnishings create the perfect atmosphere of luxury and comfort. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. For added convenience this condo offers secure WIFI.

The master bedroom has a brand-new Tempur-Pedic king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a whirlpool bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
