Wonderful 3 bedroom

Great experience! Nice layout in a beautiful, gated neighborhood. Plenty of dishes, pans, coffeemaker, really all you need. Owner was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay! Would go back!

Great area, Serenata is a great place, but this condo is disgusting!

I would like to let the future renters of this property that the pictures and the information listed about this property is not correct. We stayed there for a month. Upon entering the condo, it was filthy! The baseboards were covered in dirt, the bathtubs/showers were disgusting and haven’t been cleaned and the shower heads were covered in rust with limited water dripping out of them. The kitchen counters were not cleaned, and the cabinets haven’t been cleaned in years. Furniture was old, couch was very uncomfortable, low to the ground and filthy. Beds are old and uncomfortable. We were told by neighbors that the previous owners never cleaned, had bugs and that the couch was the same one, smelly and uncomfortable! The guy that let us in was hired by Junior to clean the place. I mentioned to him that it was not cleaned, with hair and debris all over the floor. His reply: “Well with the Florida wind it does blow into the condos.” Then how about the showers, the bedrooms, the bathtubs, the back bedrooms! The filter was gross! It was black, looked like it had not been changed for over 1 year and possibly termites around the edge of the air/heating unit. The one TV in the main room only had U-tube, Hulu and other non-regular TV stations. I asked if he knew anything about the TV and his reply was NO. I text Junior as in the contract it did say that he had 2 TV’s with cable. He contacted the guy to come back switch the HDMI cable so we could at least get ABC, NBC and the other 8 stations. In my other text to Junior I mentioned how dirty the unity was and that we were not happy. My sister and I spent 2 ½ hrs cleaning the unit for my mother and myself. Junior replied we would give us $100.00 for the cleaning and that he will call cable to get more channels. I wasn’t happy and looked for other places, however, this is Florida’s busiest time of year, so unless you wanted to rent out a place for 3-5 months, we were stuck. We received the $ upon departure, however, we never received more than the 10 channels on the TV. We ran into the next months renters at the pool and they asked to see the place. They too took pictures and were discussed with the unit. We went over everything in the contact and it is not listed accordingly to the actual unit. They contacted Junior with the above complains and they are not staying there for the 2 months they originally planned. I hope future renters make sure things change in this condo before renting this unit. Great area.
