Three bedroom Four and one half bath beach house with private pool, hot tub, / elevator located within the exclusive Shores Subdivision. This bright and spacious house with hardwood floors throughout is your private paradise! It's located just across a private brick paved street from the beach. Your beach access is via a dune walkover within steps from your front door. The large living room and master bedroom offer beautiful views over a subdivision street to the beach, guest bedrooms overlook the bay and swimming pool on the back side of the house, there is also a lookout tower room with 360 degree views. Large dining room table with seating for 6 plus 2 at the kitchen bar. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances. Sleeping accommodations: King size bed in master bedroom, King size bed in 2nd bedroom, Queen size bed in third bedroom, / a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This is a beautiful property with lush tropical landscaping and an expanse of outdoor space, a spectacular setting for your family vacation.

Amenities include: Gated Entry, Private Swimming Pool and Hot Tub, WIFI, Washer/Dryer, Gas BBQ Grill, Comfortable outdoor furnishings, Exterior Shower near pool, Full bath located on the 1st floor near pool. Great House! Great amenities!

Beautiful 4 story home with easy beach access, with views of both gulf and surf side. We had a great time and would definitely go there again.

Great house, great trip!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is very nice and the location is excellent. The kitchen has all the basic utensils needed. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and well-maintained. The management team was helpful as well.

Great house and location

Gated community and very quiet location. The house was great and we particularly enjoyed pool and hot tub. Beach was a five minute walk. Perfect family vacation!

Not the greatest experience.

Unfortunately, we had a rather negative experience with Franke Realty. Upon arrival, we noticed that the outdoor grill was excessively moldy. GROSS. We also noticed that the water was not hot, only lukewarm, for anyone to shower in, no matter if it was the first person of the day to shower. We then called about the water temperature and the grill. The maintenance man came over and told us that we "needed to let the water run longer, and then it will warm up". This was frustrating, because we aren't idiots. Though he claimed nothing was wrong with the hot water heater, immediately after looking at the hot water heater and leaving, the water was noticeably hotter. Our hot tub was also freezing cold the entire time that we were there, something that was also mentioned to the maintenance man but never fixed. The electricity also went off for several hours one evening, and we were told that we had to turn the heat off to the upstairs, in hopes that the energy conservation would not kick the electricity off again. It was freezing up there. Finally, although the location was perfect and the speedy check in was very handy, I don't think that we will be staying here again.

Beautiful, Spacious, Breath taking views!

This home is the perfect place to go relax and have fun. It is fully equipped with everything you need for family meals and entertainment. The spacious patio with those views of the Gulf and the Bay are amazing! We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and hope to return ourselves!

Amazing Experience!

Our stay was amazing. The views from the condo were beautiful. My husband and I came with our son and parents. We enjoyed horseback riding and waking on the beach. The condo was so well stocked. Everything was clean and the decor was cute. The condo had everything we needed. Franke Realtors were great to work with. They gave us such great suggestions. We definitely want to return.
