Sleeping up to 6 Guests, this ground-level home combines coastal charm with modern luxury. An open floor plan and large windows fill the space with natural light and refreshing sea breezes, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere for families or friends.
Start your mornings on the Private Patio, unwind in comfortable outdoor seating, or cook a delicious breakfast in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The living area is cozy and bright, complete with Smart TVs in Every Room. After a fun day at the beach, rinse off in the Private Outdoor Shower, or enjoy a leisurely evening in the Fenced Backyard.

Hands down the best place I have stayed at island for years, kids were not bored for 1 minute endless activities, coming back for sure not wasting time looking anywhere else

Immaculate property with nice amenities. Walkable to both bay and gulf. Beach access 4 is very close as well, and not crowded at all! Reminds me of the 30A Rosemary Beach cottages.

Home away from home

Great getaway…house wonderful, fully equipped, beautifully decorated. Location… quiet neighborhood atmosphere and convenient to great restaurants and the beach. Loved being there off season.

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

We booked this rental for a mini winter vacay around the holidays. The house was nicely decorated and very clean which made our stay very comfortable. It was steps away from the beach! We had a great time and will definitely book again in the future.

Pleasant and quite spring break

Stayed at this house in the Shores in 2024, and another house back in 2020, both over spring break. While the 2020 spring break was expectantly quite (COVID was just hitting), it was amazingly nearly equally as quite at the Shores in 2024, which was great for us as a single dad with two young boys. House was extremely clean and easy to get to the beach, despite being on the bay side of the road.

Just had issues our last day so had to leave early. A/c went out overnight and in the morning the WIFI was down so my husband couldn’t work. Otherwise it was great!
