Cabin was as described. Cozy and comfy. Had a beautiful view of a Christmas tree farm across the street. Hot tub was super clean and nice and we had a view of some deer as we enjoyed the hot tub. Would absolutely stay again. Host was extremely communicative and checked on us regular. Will absolutely stay here again. Cabin was about 1 mile from a lake with beautiful sights and was close proximity to highlands, and Franklin.

Brice and lovely wife Rachel came for a romantic Annv getaway! While I seldom ever meet guests, they were so sweet, sending me an adorable photo of them while at the cabin! They're very kind, CLEAN and Appreciative being glad I checked on them as they'd been a bit under the weather (via 'message Only, since we honor a 'strict privacy rule') Yet they shared info of the tons of fun when exploring the many areas out and about! We were so happy in the Cozy Cabin, and Christine was the nicest host! The cabin was perfect. Clean, wonderful hot tub, comfortable bed, great kitchen, amazing hot tub….but the real highlight was the outdoors and the neighborhood! We hope to come back again in the future!!

My girls trip with my daughter was amazing! The host(ess) was wonderful, asking what temperature we'd like the hot tub set to when we arrived, and leaving us nice messages all over the cabin. There is a small waterfall right behind the bedroom, and I could not have slept better with the babbling sound of the waterfall and the tree frogs. I haven't been to Cashiers in almost twenty years, and I'd never stayed overnight. I wish I would've found a place like this all those years ago when I was still young enough to hike and climb to get to those secret waterfalls, then soaked any soreness away in the hot tub. I would definitely stay here several times over. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed Cozy Cabin and all the little details and extras. Reading material, snacks, coffee, real flowers, and two small surprises! We walked in charmed and stayed charmed the whole trip. Our favorite thing in the late afternoons when we would get home from adventuring was to open up both doors and windows to get the breeze and listen to the waterfall as we chatted the daylight away and watched TV. Talk about a water feature in your backyard, this is next level

Relaxing and Cozy little cabin

We loved our little anniversary get away to the Cozy Cabin. It was a relaxing stay with beautiful views, your very own waterfall, and a soothing hot tub. As well as great hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cabin. The Prime’s are awesome host and make the process really easy. The cabin is 10 minutes from food, entertainment and beautiful views. The hot tub was a wonderful extra. We will definitely stay there again!

Gorgeous location

Our cozy cabin stay was just that, cozy. We absolutely loved staying here. The location was phenomenal and the scenery was even better. From sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the view to the little waterfall out back, everything was amazing, including the property managers. We can’t wait to come back!

Cozy Cabin was perfect

The Cozy Cabin was exactly as advertised. It was quiet, clean and comfortable, and a very easy drive to the lake and Cashiers, NC. My wife and I were extremely happy with our stay and the property manager was great to work with.

The cabin was well-appointed with many amenities, including Wi-Fi and a well-prepared hot tub. It was very charming and cozy. The hostess, Christine, was most attentive and helpful. She made you feel welcomed. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy cabin! Such a cute place, the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. There's a lot to do near the cabin, cute shops and lots of good hiking. The hottub was a huge bonus!

The host was very welcoming. They had special messages for us in the cabin for our anniversary. It was a cabin experience, and the only suggestion I would have is to have a few updates to the interior, as the furnishings were not very comfortable and older, and several items were not working properly.

We loved this location! Convenient to Cashiers and Highlands, great location for exploring waterfalls, fishing, outdoors. The Cozy Cabin was clean and Chris was so helpful and communicative with recommendations of the area.

Millie and Dan were perfect guests, so appreciative, messaged me often letting me know, thankful for ideas! Enjoyed Silver Run falls, and said "High falls was a fantastic suggestion. It was absolutely beautiful, a great adventure!." They watched people kayak and then ate a picnic by the lake. "Perfect outing! Thank you for a wonderful visit! Cozy, location and quiet

Our cabin was cozy and warm during some of the first cold and rainy days of fall. We could not have asked for a quieter stay with a great view and the location was very very convenient. We highly recommend the Cozy Cabin.

Hosting Betsy and Charles was a privilege as they were very sweet, clean and appreciate of their cozy log cabin leaving all perfect upon exit. Any host would welcome folks as these since they are five star guests. Thanks so very much, Christine and Jim Prime
