Perfect getaway! The property is gorgeous and the cabin was so clean and comfortable. The cookies and banana bread were such a special touch that we truly loved. Peaceful, quiet and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Host was very friendly and very helpful. She saw that we were elderly and immediately helped carry in our luggage, etc. and even delivered some to the loft.Little touches like fresh baked cookies and a bottle of wine and chocolate by the pillows were much appreciated.Linens were exquisite .

Ilse was an absolute pleasure of a host! She went above and beyond for us. We loved every minute of or trip and Ilse, kilo and izara were huge reasons for that. The cabin and property are beautiful and a great place to come back to after a long day of hiking to waterfalls. There are amazing places to eat in Brevard and surrounding areas. A lot of cute shops and some of the nicest people we have ever met and EVERYONE has a dog with them which I absolutely loved . I 100% recommend Falling Water Farm and can not wait to go back!

Beautiful property which was centrally located for our hiking activities. Spotless, great commutation, everything there that you could possibly need! Would highly recommend and would definitely return if ever in the area!

Great cabin in a central location to water falls.

Falling Waters is very roomy cabin with everything you need. A good location for visiting the local State Parks and trails.

Spotlessly clean, totally relaxing, and great location from which to visit parks, waterfalls, access the Blueridge Parkway, and near Brevard. You won't want to get out of the comfortable leather chairs and couch!

Beautiful property! Home was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our trip was very peaceful and relaxing. Lisa thought of everything. The fresh homemade banana bread was a real treat. Will definitely be staying here again!

Peace on the Mountain

Great Stay at Falling River Farm

If you are looking for a quaint , quiet and safe place in beautiful Transylvania County , this may be the place ! This is our 2nd stay here to visit waterfalls , nature and vineyards and we were not disappointed .

We were in town for a family wedding. The location was perfect. Enjoyed relaxing at the house between wedding events and a quick day trip to Asheville!

This is a beautiful and peaceful property. The cabin was very clean and had everything one might need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The covered porch is delightful, as is the view and sound of the little waterfall. There is a lovely creek that runs through the property, and at the time of this writing 1 beautiful horse that comes out to graze in the late afternoon. The location is perfect for hiking and exploring all of western NC. If you are planning to use the upstairs loft for more than 1 guest just be aware of a few things. The loft is open to the main floor, there is very limited storage space for clothes , and almost no place to put personal items in the small bathroom up there, but overall very charming and comfortable. Very much enjoyed my stay!

Everything was clean and tidy. Such a beautiful place to stay. Ilse was a wonderful host. She dropped by just to make sure we had everything. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is a great property. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is provided. It’s centrally located. You wake up every morning with a private waterfall outside your window.

My wife and I had a fantastic week on this amazing 40-plus acre property, and Ilse, the owner, is truly the best host we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, Ilse greeted us warmly and was always available to answer any questions, making us feel thoroughly welcomed. Ilse allowed us to explore the peaceful surroundings and enjoy the fresh air. The scenic views of the property from our cabin is amazing. The cabin itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and its cozy atmosphere made it perfect for relaxing after our adventures. We highly recommend this cabin and property to future guests—you're sure to love the tranquility and natural beauty. Thanks again, Ilse, for making our stay the best ever.

Beautiful property, such a peaceful and relaxing visit

The cabin was so clean and beautiful. The property is amazing & everything it says it is, in the description. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip, it was so relaxing to sit on the porch, listen to the waterfall and the peace and quiet of the property. The owner was so welcoming, it couldn’t have been a more perfect visit. We enjoyed downtown Brevard that’s within a quick drive & we visited some of the local waterfalls. You can’t go wrong booking here!

Relaxation

We had a very relaxing stay. The stream with the waterfall was a hit. The cabin was wonderful, we had a wonderful master suite. We were close enough to all the outdoor things we wanted to do and to things in Brevard that we wanted to do. It’s also an easy access to the Parkway. It was close but not too close, very private.
