Lovely, walkable home in town. Had everything we needed for a weekend in grand lake and was very cozy. We would absolutely stay here again!

We traveled with 7 people and 2 dogs to enjoy Grand Lake and RMNP. The home had everything we needed and was right off of the main street. This allowed us to travel back and forth to town and the lake with ease. Our host, Beth, was very nice and communicated quickly.

Comfy little house close to town with plenty of beds. Would be even better if there were access to a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep. The beds are comfortable but I suggest you bring your own pillow. Hot tub is nice after a long day of hiking, but the lodge next door is right on top of you as you relax and soak. Easy short walk to town.

Can’t ask for a better location to walk to Main Street restaurants, lake, coffee, ice cream & shops. We enjoyed our stay and communication with property manager was excellent.

Great house near downtown and the lake

We have a lovely time staying in the house. We were a total of three couples. The location is great, just a short walk to the restaurants and the water. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Everything we wanted to do in town was within walking distance. RMNP was a short drive. We rented a boat and had a great time. Grand Lake is a great place to vacation

Family Get Away

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Lake in this adorable property. It was a perfect setup for our family of 6 plus a baby. We loved the location and walked from the property to the marina and all around town. Our host was amazing and helped me with any and all questions we will definitely go back

Adorable Rental & Town

Grand Lake is truly a hidden gem! My friends and I thought this rental was perfect. Love that it was within walking distance to town as well as hiking trails. The only bummer was that the upstairs bathroom was out of order, but everything else about our stay was fantastic.

Great weekend trip!

This house is in an amazing location- walking to the water and downtown area whenever we wanted was great. The house manager was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Very accommodating. The house was clean and cute. Nice that it was dog friendly. We had a great time!
