Another Day in Paradise with Spectacular Oceanfront View of Kailua Bay

Probably one of the finest direct ocean views in all of Kailua-Kona. This 3rd floor unit looks straight over the ocean and Kailua Bay. Watch the whales breeching and the Spinner dolphins spin. Enjoy your favorite beverage on the lanai while watching spectacular sunsets. Watch the Ironman triathlon swimmers race for the turnaround buoy straight out front!

This 2 bedroom,2 bath unit has been tastefully upgraded. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with filtered ice and water dispenser. Dishwasher and front loading washer and dryer. Bedrooms have flat-screened wall mounted remote televisions. High-end tropical furnishings throughout. There is no A/C but the ocean breeze and numerous fans keeps the unit comfortable.

Sea Village amenities include ocean side swimming pool and spa, 4 BBQs and picnic benches with ocean views in a tropical setting. The onsite coffee cafe, Green Flash, offers a great start to the day. Sea Village is also ideally located to restaurants and shopping within a short 1 mile walk to downtown Kailua-Kona. Kona has some of the best boating, sport fishing, snorkeling and diving, surfing, golf all within a few minutes.

Included in the condo is free wireless internet, snorkel equipment, boogie boards, cooler, sand mats, beach towels, everything you could need for a fun time!

Great ocean view in lovely place

Very clean and well appointed condo. Had everything we needed. Highlight was the Lanai which offered awesome seaviews. Went sleep every night to the sounds of waves on the rocks.

Another Day in Paradise was perfect!

The property was amazing and anpartment was equipped with everything we needed for our vacation and more. The views and location were unbeattable. We would definitely love to stay again.

Great Stay

Absolutely a great view and proximity to the sea.Exactly as advertised..Unfortunately there was some construction going on during our stay, but not a deal killer.Would have been nice to have a little sugar and shampoo for the first morning, but wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.A lot of stairs for folks with mobility issues.

There were times it was very warm in the condo with no air conditioning but other than that everything was great! I would definitely stay again!

Location!

Unit was clean and well stocked. Location was excellent....crashing waves just below the lanai. Less than a mile from the action in downtown Kona but far away enogh to be peaceful. Exactly as expected based on listing.

Great balcony view Condo.

Loved the stay at this condo. It had all we needed and it was within walking distance of restaurants and things to do. It could get hot at times in the evening without AC but it was bearable.

BEAUTIFUL STAY

This was by far our favorite stay on our Hawaii trip. The location was perfect, and the views were incredible. One morning we watched spinner dolphins from the deck, while eating breakfast!

Excellent unit in an excellent complex

The unit is clean, spacious, and located within a well-kept complex (Sea Village) with numerous amenities available. Not much else could be wanted! Communication with the property manager was smooth and efficient, and all logistics were simple and straightforward. Highly recommended.

Great Stay

The views were amazing. We saw a manta ray the first night. Location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, Green Flash coffee, etc. Don and Anne were very accomodating. Thank you for the great stay!

Stunning views

We had a great stay at this condo! The sunsets cannot be beat and we loved listening to the waves crash . The condo is well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay .

Great location and view.

Really enjoyed our time in this unit. Could use AC but the fans and opening the windows helped. Loved the pool and BBQ area as well as proximity to Kona.

Didn't wanna leave

Absolutely enjoyed every minute we stayed. The views are amazing, wonderful location. The ceiling and floor or table fans did help, but it was a bit warm in the evenings. Definitely would stay here again. Mahalo!

Felt like home, wish we could stay longer

This place exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We loved having breakfast on the lanai every morning and listening to the waves crashing every night. The condo was clean, well maintained and very spacious, and even had beach chairs, snorkels, and boogies boards for guests to use. Overall we were very happy with this place, and will always look back at our stay with fond memories.

Enjoyable week

On vacation and was hoping for a stress free stay and that was what we had. Accommodations were clean, well stocked and ready for us to use. Comfortable beds and kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals. Beach towels and chairs were very useful. Pool and BBQ’s were used often and made the meals enjoyable. Spent many hours on the lanai enjoying the views of the ocean and sunsets. This property fit the bill for our week long stay.

Stunning

This property was our first Vrbo rental and it did not disappoint!!! It was clean and had everything we needed or wanted!! Beautiful views of the ocean, the most AMAZING sunsets I’ve ever seen!!! I highly recommend this condo and when we visit the Big Island again I won’t hesitate to book this property again!! Thank you for your hospitality and unforgettable memories

Hawaii Relaxation

We had a great stay just after Christmas. The property is as advertised, has all the things needed for a relaxing vacation. The chairs and towels and other brach items were outstanding, because the beaches suggested in their welcome book were super. There is no AC, but the breeze was just right. Sunsets at this property make it ideal for sitting out with a class of wine. We would stay here again.

Nice apartment with amazing ocean view.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days and we really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was clean and the location was great (within 10 mins drive to restaurants and stores). The ocean view on the balcony is amazing and we were able to see fishes (and beautiful sunset) right from the balcony. The room can get hot in the afternoon without AC but there will also be breeze from the ocean. I would recommend this apartment for those who are looking for a stay in Kona coast.

Beautiful condo with great views and location.

This condo is beautiful with great views. Location is great. Plenty of parking. Just my son and I so plenty of room. Nice breezes thru the windows and lanai. Pool is very nice. Condo is well stocked, with all the essentials except shampoo and conditioner. Would highly recommend.

A most excellent stay

Don and Ann provided us with everything we needed during our time in Kona. They were very informative and had such a welcoming home. The location is perfect, only a mile from the main stretch of restaurants and shops. An abundant supply of towels and adventure gear were readily available. We very much enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai and taking it all in! We also enjoyed using the Bbq grills. Mahalo for opening your doors and allowing us to stay here.

Relaxing

We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai, and listening the cashing waves every day. Don and Anne's house is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, good restaurants. The house was clean and has open space concept with lots of beautiful arts. The check in and out process is simple. Thank you.
