Sea Village Resort sits right on the sea wall. Located on prestigious Alii Drive. The well kept grounds surround a newly renovated pool, spa, and barbeque . Walk to town for a morning cup of the famous Kona coffee, shopping and evening ocean front dining. Big Island activities include deep sea fishing, diving, snorkeling, golfing or viewing a world famous Volcano. Our condo offers it's own ocean front dining with a fully stocked kitchen. We also feature a walk in shower, King Size Bed, Queen sofa bed, and Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet & and a Washer and Dryer in the unit. There is free parking in large lots on the property.
Sea Village is a non-smoking project. That means not only inside the units but anywhere within the complex.

Sitting on the lanai overlooking the ocean was awesome! Hearing the waves while we slept instantly put us in vacation mode and lolled us into peaceful dreams. Corrinna had great communication before & during our stay. She was very helpful with any inquiries we had and quick response time. We did not need the AC. Fans & screens open were enough. Dishwasher needs updating. Front tiles of the shower need replacing but overall a really clean unit. We would have no hesitation to return!

The Best Sunsets

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time I stayed here. It’s my favorite place to stay at Sea Village. Clean, comfortable, and close to downtown Kona. The sunsets from the lanai are incredible. I know that I’ll be staying here again.

Great location, and provides beach toys!

We enjoyed the location, very basic indoor area, but good patio looking at the ocean. We loved the pool and hot tub. The dish washer was rather rusty on the inside. Have to worry about getting charged extra for using too much AC. They had a bunch of beach toys we enjoyed using! Texted owner to grab something we accidentally left and he was kind and allowed us to swing back by and check!

Great view.

Awesome view of the bay, spent many nights watching the sunset from the lanai. Quiet and clean area, short drive to town.

Just right for a couple. Nice to have a washer/dryer in unit. The lanai was the highlight. Right over the water. Would definitely stay there again

Spectacular Views

The condo was clean & comfortable for the two of us. Location was ideal to visit all of the great local Kona restaurants. But the view from the lanai made our stay fantastic.

Nice property right on the water, overall nice place. Did let the property owner of some suggested items that would really help, have not heard anything back from them. Would recommend this place!!

Great location as jumpoff point to head north or south!

My companion and I thoroughly enjoyed the property. Having AC was great but we didn't need to use it after 1st night, just opened up the glass shutters and it was amazing listening to the ocean waves below. Amazing view from the lanai as well. Super friendly guests at the pool/hot tub. Would recommend and stay at this property again!

Perfect!

The house is lovely and nicely outfitted. The deck is the best feature of all - comfy furniture and hammock right on the water. Nice neighborhood with small park one block over perfect for walking our small dog. Owners were very responsive when contacted.

Absolutely fantastic!!

The view is even more beautiful than photos can describe! The place was very clean, bed was comfy, and there was everything you could think of provided. The only small complaint I have at all is that it got very warm at times, and it was hard to be comfortable knowing we might be charged for extra electricity. Overall one of the best places I’ve stayed in my extensive Hawaiian islands travels!!!

The Lanai makes it worth it

On the island for 11 days and this is our first time staying at this property. We have been to the big Island about 20 times. The ocean view is fantastic and the small A/C units make life so much better. Overall the place was great with just a few short comings. Depending on who is staying upstairs it can be quite loud in the condo and the stairway can get a bit loud as well. The location is great and the Lanai makes it all worth it. The kitchen wasn't 100% clean on arrival with dirty dishes in the dishwasher, but the bedroom and bathroom were great. We would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Kona and generally Sea Village 1203. I would like to say however that it needs some TLC by the owners. I would recommend that they come and spend a week in their unit and experience the kitchen and bedroom. It could be quite nice with some upkeep. The lanai has the ability to shade the intense afternoon sun but the shade has been broken for years rendering it useless. It's a shame really.

Can’t beat the view and crashing waves.

Loved the view and location. Nicely organized condo and very well equipped. Has not had much updating but everything works and is functional. Only negative for us is that it is a wooden building so if the people above are heavy footed you will hear it. Fold out couch bed is adequate but the mattress couldn’t be described as luxurious. Loved all the beach equipment it came with.

Great View

The view and property was very nice. Convenient location close to downtown. The cleaning of unit was less than adequate. The bed sheets were obviously not changed (slept in), ceiling fans had heavy accumulation of dust and a large (dead) cockroach in living room. I suggest hiring a new cleaning company.

Fantastic lanai and complex in Kona

Our stay was beyond our expectations. The unit was fantastic, literally right on the ocean, which was important to us for this trip. We ate meals there and loved the crashing waves on the rocks below. We did not expect the wonderful atmosphere of other guests and owners who gather in the central area to bbq and chat, and eat under the stars with sturdy picnic tables and torchlight. The swim pool and hot tub were also wonderful. The unit itself is clean and bright and had everything that we needed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, even the pull out sofa was a hit with the family. We had plenty of clean towels and extra linens and blankets. We hope to stay again sometime in the future.

Condo infested with cockroaches

Location is great, view was great. Condo dated and not very clean. Worst of all COCKROACHES everywhere. Went to Walmart and bought traps and sprays. Completely ruined the trip for my daughter and couldn’t get comfortable knowing cockroaches could be crawling on you.

Needed Recharging!

My wife and I planned a quick one-week escape from work and family to rest, reconnect, and recharge. When we were considering Kona, friends warned that “there isn’t much to do there.” Upon hearing that, we booked! The condo is in a smaller complex walking distance to the downtown area. The unit was clean, well equipped and best of all had the most amazing balcony and view. Corrinna was amazing to work with and we even got to meet her. Our stay was right after the destruction and loss of life in Lahaina…many of the folks on in Kona were personally impacted and our hearts still remain heavy for them. With that said, we highly recommend!

Easy Place to Stay in Kona

My partner and I enjoyed this property. We only stayed three nights, but it was close to a lot of great things. The pool was decent, and the grounds were great. The view was the best part of the entire thing. It was so nice to have a deck to overlook the ocean. The only cons were the kids who kept knocking on our front door, and yelling hello. I don’t know what that was about. A couple of the ceiling fans weren’t working properly. The bed wasn’t in great condition. Also, the unit could use some pest abatement. If we were in the area again, we would consider staying here. I don’t think I would spend a long vacation on this property, however.

Great place to stay!

Things you should know. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. If you don’t mind carrying heavy luggage, groceries, lawn chairs up the stairs, then you’re good. The TV in the unit is very very small. The size of a computer screen. We like to watch movies in the evenings when we’re on vacation. My husband had to move the screen about 10 feet closer in order for us to even see it.What we loved: The views from the condominium are stunning! The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The air conditioning worked great. We left our sliding glass window open at night and it kept the house really cool clear up until noon the next day. That made a big difference. The resort is beautiful, welcoming, quiet, and has a great inner area for barbecues that families used in the evenings. A very nice environment.This location is close to everything. Our favorite restaurant was. Don’s Mai Tai restaurant at the Royal Kona, which was very nearby. The prime rib was excellent and reasonably priced, and the seafood was excellent as well. We had lobster at Jackie, Ray’s, and that was very good too. Island lava Java is excellent for breakfast and the shrimp eggs Benedict is superb! You will have a wonderful time here!

Affordable Oceanfront

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, reasonably furnished & equipped, and fairly priced 1-bedroom oceanfront condo. Pool, hot tub, gas grilles all available. Longish walk downtown. AC in living room and bedroom are effective, but noisy - but that masks talkative guests and kids on stairs and landing immediately outside the bedroom. Lanai is lovely, especially in the morning. Only a poor too soft mattress in serious need of replacement keeps me from giving it 5-stars across the board. If you have any back issues be aware. If that were resolved, we would highly recommend this unit.
