This 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath townhouse is located in a beautiful private beach, in the peaceful area of Inlet Beach. Our beach is private so it is never crowded so you can stay safe while sitting and playing on the beach. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated! With a both covered and open porches overlooking the beach and ocean, you can literally step off the patio onto the soft white sand! Enjoy the beach and the sunset from the porch or living room. Even the master bedroom has an ocean front balcony! Exceptional value for a 1275 square foot townhome directly on the beach in such an amazing location. Has wifi internet and cable! We also have solar power providing a large portion of the energy needs for this home, so rest safe knowing it is a sustainable vacation home.

It is very close to a wide variety of restaurants and shops in Inlet Beach as well as Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seagrove, and Seaside.

Our favorite location

We love this location. It is close to all the restaurants and shops without the crowded craziness of 30a, and the proximity to the water can’t be beat. We will be back!

Beautiful rental beach property

Hi I’m had a fabulous time at my rental property. I came to Florida stress but I’m leaving stress free. The host to this rental property was very attractive and nice. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Perfect Beachfront Location

We really enjoyed our visit to inlet beach. Kim was a very responsive host and the place was very comfortable. Super close to restaurants along the hwy and in Rosemary Beach. It almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves!

Perfect!

Our family loves being right on the beach and Kim’s house had everything we needed for our stay. You can tell Kim has put a lot of thought and effort into making this a comfy and enjoyable place to stay. We really enjoy Inlet Beach and will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Location, Friendly Owner

We had a wonderful time at this lovely townhome, situated right on the beach! Convenient to both Rosemary Beach and Panama City, but not crowded like those locations can be. The owner was very responsive and friendly when we had a few questions during our stay. Will definitely return!

Great location for a fun beach vacay!

We had such a great time in this condo. The ability to walk right down to the beach was perfect. The path to the beach does need to be trimmed back and the septic system might need to be looked at(smell outside was not good at times) but overall everything was wonderful! Can't wait to book again for next year!

Amazing property right on the beach!

We encountered a TON of wind during our visit, but the location of this townhouse right on the beach was perfect and as close to the water as you can get without actually being on the beach. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the games, did a puzzle, read a book and spent a lot of time on the beach balcony. I can't say enough about the location- amazing!

Family vacation 2023

WE loved this property and the location was a 10/10! I rent every year at least once maybe 2 times on VRBO and this location was so perfect for our family. My kids said this has been the best location so far. It was so nice to be on the beach in just a few steps. We enjoyed more beach time than every before due to just being steps away. The sunsets were breathtaking. Would love to stay here again!

Location! Location! Location!

The location of this property is amazing. Quick walk to explore Camp Helen State Park and its dune lake. Also, it is the quietest stretch of beach we saw. It was amazing to wake up and walk right out the back deck and onto a quiet stretch of beach. We have taken many beach vacations and this property was the closest to the waters edge that we’ve ever experienced and the properties strip of beach is a quietest we’ve experienced. If you’re looking for a relaxing and beautiful slice of beach, look no further!

Amazing View, Quiet Beach

Inlet Beach is fantastic and so quiet, which is why we booked this location. The accommodations were great! The kitchen is updated and has pretty much everything you need. Beds were comfortable. The balcony is great for watching the waves. Step off the porch right onto the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys.

Right on the beach!

Visited in Feb. 2025. 3-story townhouse design with 3-flights of steps to all floors. Amazing beach location right on the Gulf with very few people. Beaches are dog-friendly, FYI. Outside deck overlooking Gulf is in great shape with teak furniture; recently updated. Interior rooms/flooring updated as well. Bathrooms & laundry/showers just great! Smart TV’s throughout so bring your user ID’s and passwords. Furniture is consistent with a rental property, although tasteful. Kitchen needs a thorough cleaning (cabs.) and better accessorized kitchen items assuming you choose to eat-in occasionally. In comparison to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and Seaside, this is a great spot at a fair price.

Checked Our Requirement Boxes

The unit has an unobstructed ocean view along with a private beach steps away!! We dined out each evening, driving <5 minutes to no longer than 20 minutes, enjoyed every meal. 2Bd / 2.5 Bath and a good-sized patio gave us plenty of elbow room. And the dog loved his first beach experience.

Love this place!!

This is our second stay here and intend to have many more in the future! Perfectly clean, well stocked, and beautiful renovations. Kim is very nice and informative about the area. The location cannot be beat. The beach is private in front of the unit and it's like almost having the beach to yourself. It's also a pretty central location to groceries and restaurants. We love having meals on the deck, swimming in the ocean, and cooking in the kitchen. The view is just stunning.
