Enjoy Inlet Beach on Private Beachfront

This townhome on Inlet Beach provides an extraordinarily relaxing and beautiful private beach destination in a secluded location. Inlet beach is adjacent to Rosemary Beach yet peaceful and uncrowded. A large deck with chaise lounges, a table and chairs, and swing overlooks the white sand beach and emerald gulf coast. A fully equipped, renovated kitchen opens to a living area with indoor dining table so you may dine-in during your stay on the beach. Master bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed, en suite bathroom, and a balcony with chairs and awesome views of beach, gulf, and the stars. The secondary bedroom upstairs has another queen size bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony. The third bedroom on the main level has two twin beds and en suite bathroom.

To the west you may bike the neighborhood streets and/or walk the beach to Rosemary Beach for shopping, dining, concerts, and festivals. You may bike or drive scenic 30-A to nearby Alys, Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach.

To the east you may walk along the beach to Phillips Inlet in Camp Helen State Park which offers nature trails, bird watching, and wildlife observation.

The Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) makes our beach home accessible to the world via Southwest Airlines et al.

There are beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, and beach toys that you may use and steward for the next guests.

Amazing place , great beach ,nicely decorated interior. Very Clean! Very Homey!! We had 5 adults and originally I was worried that it might be a bit small---but it worked perfectly. Perry is the best there is out there as far as taking care of the people who rent from him . Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful trip, and will definitely rent here again! Just steps from the beach! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and viewing the sunrise/sunset every day. We rode our bikes to dinner every night. There are so many wonderful restaurants so close. You won't regret booking this VRBO! *****

We had a wonderfully relaxing visit! The home was as described and the proximity to the beautiful and private beach could not be better. Kitchen was well equipped and garage had all the beach toys/bikes/chairs & umbrellas you need! Inlet Beach is a great location for those who want to avoid the crowds but enjoy easy access to Rosemary Beach and the rest of 30A. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!

It’s our second year to stay at this property. We love this location. It’s close enough to all the restaurants and other beaches, but is out of the hustle and bustle. We love the proximity to the beach and the private beach!

Quiet and comfortable.

Nice, but not fancy, place right on the beach. Beach access is fantastic. Visited during peak summer week with very small crowds. Proximity to Camp Helen State Park a big plus.

Location location location!!! We had a wonderful family vacation at this condo. The beach was beautiful!!! We were so close to so many shops and restaurants, yet it felt secluded since it's located on a private stretch of beach. The house we stocked with all the essentials. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect family stay at Inlet!

The home was exactly what we needed. Perfect location and a great layout for our family of 5. What's more, the hosts were flexible, accommodating and warm. This one is absolutely at the top of our list for our next trip to Inlet!
