This townhome on Inlet Beach provides an extraordinarily relaxing and beautiful private beach destination in a secluded location. Inlet beach is adjacent to Rosemary Beach yet peaceful and uncrowded. A large deck with chaise lounges, a table and chairs, and swing overlooks the white sand beach and emerald gulf coast. A fully equipped, renovated kitchen opens to a living area with indoor dining table so you may dine-in during your stay on the beach. Master bedroom upstairs with a queen size bed, en suite bathroom, and a balcony with chairs and awesome views of beach, gulf, and the stars. The secondary bedroom upstairs has another queen size bed, en suite bathroom, and balcony. The third bedroom on the main level has two twin beds and en suite bathroom.

To the west you may bike the neighborhood streets and/or walk the beach to Rosemary Beach for shopping, dining, concerts, and festivals. You may bike or drive scenic 30-A to nearby Alys, Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach.

To the east you may walk along the beach to Phillips Inlet in Camp Helen State Park which offers nature trails, bird watching, and wildlife observation.

The Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) makes our beach home accessible to the world via Southwest Airlines et al.

There are beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, and beach toys that you may use and steward for the next guests.

Wonderful getaway

Host was prompt and responsive and he was very helpful in providing us with tips for our first visit to the area. The property was adorable and very clean. Check-in was a breeze. Private beach signs were very useful.We will be back!

Loved our stay!

It’s our second year to stay at this property. We love this location. It’s close enough to all the restaurants and other beaches, but is out of the hustle and bustle. We love the proximity to the beach and the private beach!

Right on the Beach!!

My mom, sister and I enjoyed being right on the beach and seeing the beautiful ocean and white sand every morning with our coffee! It was perfection! Also, Perry was a wonderful host and was available for any concern. It was an amazing time with beach views, sunsets and easy access to walking to Rosemary Beach😊

One of our favorite beach vacations ever!

You can’t beat the proximity to the beach! The townhouse is older, but has been beautifully updated and decorated so cute. It was perfect for our family of 4, with room to spare. The private beach signs were a huge bonus. We really enjoyed the loungers and the swing on the porch. It was so convenient to come back up to the house for lunch and then go back out. The garage was super helpful to keep our beach gear! It’s far enough to have a relaxing beach experience but close enough to restaurants in Rosemary, Alys etc. Perry was so helpful and the communication was amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

Best place on the beach!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and the ac was on point every day. Perry, the owner, responded very quickly if needed. Highly recommend if you're planning a visit to Inlet Beach, Florida!

Best VRBO we have stayed at!

My family and I typically go on two to three vacations per year and most of the time we stay in VRBO's. This condo was by far our best yet. The location and beach were as good as it gets. Just far enough away from the Rosemary Beach traffic, but still close enough to walk or take a short ride to enjoy the shopping and Rosemary Beach scene. We typically don't go back to the same place twice, because we like to explore, but we will go back to this condo. Perry, the Host, was exceptional. So much was provided at the house for use inside the house and at the beach. Perry, thank you very much for everything. Your condo helped this be one of our top family vacations ever. We will be back and will tell all of our friends about our experience and your hospitality.

Great location!

The property was just as described. Right on the beach with a beautiful relaxing deck. Property owner was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues. Great for families as the beach was uncrowded.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Location, location, location

The perfect spot right on the Gulf for a smaller family. Literally on the beach - amazing views and sunset. Well equipped and very comfortable. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend.

Great location

This property is in a great location on Inlet beach. It is just steps away from a semi private beach and has a beautiful deck that overlooks. The townhouses are definitely showing aging and there was a few maintenance issues inside the house. It was beautifully furnished. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Condo

This nicely decorated and updated condo is in a prime location. Being right on the beach, close to restaurants, close to bike paths, and on an uncrowded area of the beach, are just a few perks. My family especially enjoyed having a place to jog and walk during the week. The proximity to the beach and the oceans views were fantastic as well. Perry, the manager, was quick to make sure that we got settled in okay and said to let her know if we needed anything. We will definitely be back! It was a great and relaxing week.

Peace & Tranquility

This townhouse is everything you could hope for and then some. The location was perfect for a nice quiet beach vacation. The house was cozy and nicely updated and really has everything you could possibly need from the kitchen to outdoor toys. The view from the inside and out was spectacular! This was also my best experience ever with a property manager. He checked in several times to make sure everything was going good. We will absolutely be back!

Inlet beach in early May

Loved the half open, half covered porch with nice lounge chairs. Watched dolphins each morning. Great location. Upstairs bathrooms were new and clean. Only negatives were steep stairs. Main floor bedroom is very small.

Perfect Getaway!!!

If you want to be right on the Gulf, with a private beach & an unobstructed ocean view, close enough to restaurants & shopping, yet far enough away not to be annoyed...book this townhouse now!!! Perry is great & always quick to respond to any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!
