Love the location!

The house was awesome and the location was perfect. The beach was quiet and definitely not crowded. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo in a perfect location!

Peaceful

A very quiet part of Panama City Beach, which is what we wanted for our vacation. Very close to Rosemary Beach shopping and dining.

Nice beach location.

Great experience other than the tv quit working half way through the week in the living area.

Would stay again; great for families

Location is amazing, walk right out of unit and 20 steps to the sand. In between public access points so not crowded on the beach. Unit as depicted; no issues.

Great Location

Nothing better than having the beach out the back door! Quiet end of town but close to everything needed while on vacation. The beach was never crowded allowing room for everyone to set up close to the water with plenty of room. Enjoyed the balconies and the spacious room in the townhouse.

Steps from the beach

We absolutely love this property due to the convenience and access. Unit was well stocked and very clean. Beds and furniture were comfortable. We look forward to our next time.

Clean little townhouse

We loved our stay here! The west end is quiet and quaint. The townhouse was very clean and the washer and dryer were the best I’ve used on vacation. As a mom of 3, that was awesome for me. Also, loved the enclosed garage under the townhouse. We will definitely stay again.

Everything was wonderful!! This was the perfect condo for our family to enjoy a week at the beach! Carol did a wonderful job communicating and checking in! We are already looking forward to next year!!!

60 th birthday party

We were absolutely in love with this condo, beach right outside the door, clean as a whistle, can’t wait to return. The twins 60 was no doubt one of the best. Thanks Carol you were the best. Highly recommend this property.

The best yet!

Spacious townhome! Walked right out onto the beach (never used the pool)!. Manager Carol was very prompt at responding to any questions. Kitchen was well stocked and nice pantry. Would definitely stay here again if available!

Fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pictures do not do the interior justice. It is well-designed, clean, and spacious! The beach is only steps from your back door! The property manager, Carol, is also very prompt at responding if you should have any questions.

Wonderful townhome, steps from the beach - Carol was a pleasure to communicate with!

We had a lovely time staying at this condo! The townhome was spotless, plenty of space for 7 adults, it had every amenity we needed, bathrooms are large, and the best part is that it's literally steps from the beach - plus no elevators or crowds to fight to get there! Carol corresponded quickly and was very friendly. We even had an issue with one of the bed frames, and she and her husband came that afternoon to fix it for it for us. Would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome beachfront townhome.

Excellent townhome. 3/3 literally on the beach. Inside updated and clean. Outside needs lots of TLC. and parking is tight if you have multiple or large vehicles. Overall a great place. Pool is nice no fitness center but there is one close by. Quiet west end - close to grocery, retail and restaurants.

Loved our stay

This a wonderful unit for vacation for a young family. The bathrooms were nicely updated and the rooms were very spacious. We had no issues, but there are a lot of stairs, so could be a problem for some--Stairs from the garage into the unit, stairs to the beach and 2 bedrooms are on the second level.

Right on the beach

Can't get any closer to the beach! Complex is an older complex but this unit has been painted and somewhat updated. We had a great time but be prepared to go up and down the stairs!

Great place

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. Not only is it in a great location, right on the beach, but they also provide chairs, boogie boards, and other useful items for the beach. They also made sure you had anything you needed for your stay. Dinnerware, glasses, dishwasher, washer and dryer, linens, etc. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location.

Carol was so accommodating and awnsered all my questions. Great view short walk to the beach. Definitely will stay agian.

Condo/location nice…property manager difficult, rude on phone; non-responsive to texts

Arrived after set check in time (3:10pm), cannot access condo (no key), parking blocked, no one on premises. Called manager, Carol, only reached voicemail, left message to “check in” as instructed and to find out what was going on with condo. Got a text saying unit was not cleaned yet, cleaners at another unit with key & they would be down to clean our rental “soon”. Called Carol at phone number listed. I asked when we could expect the unit to be available to us, as we had an airport pick up run. She was cold, had an attitude/tone, never answered my question and hung up on me mid-sentence. (Hung up mid-sentence on 2 other occasions). We arrived back around 4:30pm, having received no update from Carol. Condo was “surface wiped down”, but had not been adequately cleaned (much less Covid-cleaning standards). Beds were made but my friends checked sheets and found dirty places on them so we stripped, washed, & remade the beds ourselves after getting no response from Carol for a clean sheet supply until the next day. From this point, Carol is non-responsive to any texts, even on the last day when I am asking how she would like us to properly attend to a check-out/checklist item that we read conflicting instructions on. We left the condo in excellent condition (much better than we received it). I continued to follow set rules and texted her when we were checking out. In the itemized charges, there is a sizable charge called “service fee” which is described as a charge levied so renter is assured of reasonable contact & access to a manager throughout the stay if questions or situations arise. The few but significant contacts we made were definitely reasonable. Carol did not do her job, and she is the main reason for my low rating. The condo is nice, the location excellent. But I would not recommend this rental based solely on not wanting anyone else to potentially endure Carol’s anger & rudeness.

I could go on and on about this experience with this group but I will not. Yes, the cleaning crew was behind. Workers did not show up, the leader's father had to go to the hospital with covid and they were told this , they said we don't care. That made the cleaner cry, and it went on from there. I know it's upsetting when you arrive and it isn't ready. But, it can happen and we were sorry for it, as we expressed.

Wonderful!

This is such a great place! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! You literally step off of your deck onto the beach. Owners were great and quickly replied to any questions we had.

Close to everything Panama City has to offer but located where is nice and quiet and privacy is the point of the trip especially in this day of our lives.
Laying on the beach and not stepping on someone! Social distancing is easy here! Plus a garage. We have a large cleaning team to follow all the guidelines needed at this time, so you can get in on time and it will be wiped entirely.
