Great place! Everything worked including the boat lifts. A Publix and a bait shop within walking distance. I'll be back ASAP.

Can’t stress enough how great our stay was here. It was as described and Milko was a great host. Seeing a dolphin swim right next to the dock was awesome. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Marco Island!!

Milko was a great host. Very responsive and helpful whenever we reached out for anything. The pool and lanai area were amazing and we spent a great deal of time there. Beds were all very comfortable and it was nice to have multiple tvs. The view of the canal was great and nice beaches and restaurants were a short drive away. We had an excellent time!

Our family had a wonderful week. The house was spotless and everything was as expected. The host communicated with us and was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this house and hope to rent it again in the future.

Beautiful home and conveniently located.

House was exactly as advertised and had everything you need for your home away from home. The kids loved the pool. Milko was very helpful and always available to answer any questions.

Great week on Marco Island

Our stay at Milko’s house was turned out to be a great place to spend the week. Milko was easy to reach and took care of any issues that came up.

Enjoyed the Stay

We really enjoyed our stay and the Island. The house was pretty much as described, we just wish the master bed had been more comfortable including some new pillows needed. I will admit that we have a temperpedic at home so it can be difficult for us to transition to sleeping on a different mattress and flat. But personally found the bed uncomfortable. The pool and spa were amazing and having the TV in the Lani was nice for sports.

I had a recent hospitalization and just had gotten back home. Sorry I could not do a meet and greet, I could not drive yet at the time. There is a topper for the Master Bedroom in a back closet along with new pillows. The reason that the Master bedroom has a conventional pillow top mattress is that most of my renters are elderly and prefer that type of mattress, hence the optional topper. The other bedrooms break down like this... The pool bedroom Master Size Bed has a "Purple Mattress" , cost over $5,000 alone. It used to be in the Master but again older folks prefer pillow top mattresses so I had to adjust. The other two bedrooms are Split King Beds. That means you can put them together and make a California King or divide them and had a couple of Long Twins. These beds each are adjustable for head and foot raise with remote controls. They are the Temperpedic mattresses, very plush. I wish you would have called me I'mm sure I could have accommodated you better. Again I normally do a brief meet and greet with folks when they arrive and explain all of this but just wasn't able to for your stay.

The house was full of mold. A large mold spot above the master tub, mold inside of the master bath sink cabinets, mold inside the air vents. My husband noticed the mold on our second day in the house. I contacted Milko with pictures and told him we were leaving and would like a refund. Milko immediately canceled our reservation and our

Potential to be an excellent vacation rental

This vacation rental is in a great location! Quiet neighborhood and Publix grocery store within a few blocks. However, repairs and upkeep need to be made. The Southeast corner guest room did not cool with the door shut. The hot tub was very difficult to use. The ceiling fan in the Northeast guest bedroom made quite a bit of noise. Upon arrival the house was musty and the air was not on. We understand no had stayed there for awhile, however we spoke for the house in November and we felt there was adequate time for the house to be aired out. Some of the towels smelled sour and the bedding had to be washed by us in order to freshen them. We felt the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. This could be an excellent vacation home. The was it is now is mediocre.

All of the issues were taken care of a day after this guest left. If you address these thing while your in the house I will remedy immediately. The air contitioning was newly installed and not connected properly. The day after I was informed it was fixed. The hot tub functions like every Spa/Pool combo, if you can figure it out, I will walk you through it. Same goes for the Smart TV´s or any equipment in the house. In short i live nearby and if anyone has an issue I´m there to remedy but if you don´t let me know it won't get fixed. I encourage any guest to immediately make me aware of any problems because I don´t live in the rental and rely on the guests input to stay on top of any issues the house may have. Milko

Very Disappointing.

House not maintained. Paint peeling in every bathroom, glaze on bathtub worn away, a dozen high ceiling light bulbs burnt out, window covering missing parts, programmed automatic setting on pool would not turn on heater, etc. Many furnishings in poor or very poor condition. Bath and pool towels discolored, frayed, many had holes; poolside furniture cushions filthy, worn out and several unusable; several of the kitchen small appliances not in working order; BBQ grill parts missing, grate glaze gone, three badly rusted butane tanks, all empty; and a host of other issues not expected in a high rated property of a Premier Host. Third and last extended VRBO rental on Marco Island for us.

Very strange guest. House did not have any issues before or after him. I was in the hospital with Covid for a few week, he knew this. I did call him as soon as I got out. He still had a week left, did not say a w3ord to me then??? He kept calling my pool guy. It seems he was more comfortable turning the pool filter/heater on manually every day to get the temperature right??? Pool is at 86 Fahrenheit, it's not compilated. I think he had trouble with the spa but he did have the pool guy there and all you have tpo do is prees the "spa" button once and wait a couple of minutes for the valve to switch from pool filtration to spa mode. I'd be curious as to find out how he rates other homes? I will not be renting to him again

Great escape

The property manager, Milko, was very friendly, responsive and helpful. He offered local advice about activities that might enhance our stay. The property is beautiful, nicely furnished, clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Location is nice being close to everything on island. Great lanai overlooking the canal- fantastic for watching March Madness outside. House has loots of room. Some updates needed - washer & dryer, refrigerator, paint and cleaning around ceiling vents, missing remote controls for TV, shutter would not open in back bed.
