Great place on the beach

We went on a girl’s trip to celebrate our 60th birthdays and this was the perfect place. Condo was in a great location, the pool was nice and it was right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great location

Check in was very smooth. Condo was clean, beach view. This was our second trip to this resort. Love the location. Beach area is well cared for. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Our stay was excellent! The property is so well situated on the beach. Every unit has a gorgeous view. Leann in the office is always so friendly and helpful with any little thing we need.

I absolutely LOVE the Caprice and look forward to hopefully going back, however I would just ask that there be a keyless entry at the gate to the beach and all condo doors as it would make it so much more convenient! Also Leeann at the front desk is amazing and so sweet! Total:

Summer

The condo is very nice. We have stayed at this unit several times. The oven does take quite awhile to preheat and the broiler did not work at all. The toilets would randomly run water in as if they had a leak. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We had a great stay and will be back next year for our annual LDW trip with friends. We have already reserved our room. The location is great, with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed the section of the beach as it's not as far to get to the water compared to other places in St Pete. Also, there are two rock jettisons that sort of create a little secluded area in the water. Just don't let your kids climb and jump off the rocks, please. We saw too many doing that, but thankfully didn't see anyone crack their heads open. The pool was never too crowded either. Having two bedrooms and a full kitchen vs a typical hotel/resort room is much better for us and our two kids.

Good communication with property manager. Condo is right on beach and just like the pictures shown. Clean unit and close access to restaurants

Getaway

Great beach property. Enjoyed our time & would stay there again. We didn’t really cook while there, publix grocery store not too far and we’re always able to park our car without issue. *Close to restaurants too.

Perfect beachfront getaway!

Our family plus a few teenaged friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caprice! The accommodations were exactly as described: roomy, up-to-date, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect since it was steps from the beach. We were also very close to Madeira and Treasure Island. Ever aspect was simple from check in to check out, and the customer service was excellent! We will definitely be back if we head to that area again!

Best Family Beach Rental

Our family (2 adults, 9 year old, 8 year old) had a fantastic time at this beach condo. It is right on the water, the balcony has a view of the pool to watch the kids, kids beds are very comfy, and the location is close to everything! We will definitely stay here again if we are back in this area.
