Wonderful stay as always. Been repeat guests for several years and this visit we were amazed at the cleanliness, upgrades and overall appearance of the entire Resort. Leann and staff are very accommodating and generous. We always appreciate the personal touch. Thanks for another delightful week. We'll see you soon!!!!!!

St Pete Beach Gem

Our stay at The Caprice #107 was fantastic! The location of the unit in relation to the beach was perfect - the view is stunning. The condo is furnished with all you need for a great getaway - I highly recommend it.

Better than pictured

Very nice property right on the ocean. They must’ve gotten new furniture which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again.

We loved being right on the beach. The area felt very safe. And I could see the family from the room if someone wanted to go back and some wanted to stay. The area is perfect for everything you need!

We had an excellent stay at the Caprice. We love the location and the staff are amazing and always go over and beyond. We always meet the nicest of people there. This was our 2nd time there and we will be back.

Beautiful property! Stayed with a large group, 6 condos in all for the week. The staff and property accommodated us so nicely! We enjoyed the bbq area and corn hole boards!

We will definitely be back and recommend your place. Our overall experience was great. Becca at the front desk was amazing. She kept us informed about the hurricane information and policy throughout our stay. Very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated her and your very lucky to have her.

We could not be more happy! Leanne called prior to check-in to ensure we had after hours access if we were running late. She was absolutely amazing, super sweet and went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed and knew who to contact if we needed anything else. She was more than a host, she was an instant friend! We enjoyed her and the property so much, we will definitely be back for many years to come! SPB is my home away from home, and I'm in love with Caprice!

We had a great time. The unit was very nice and clean. We had a little problem when the hot water heater leaked and water was everywhere, but staff was quick to come up with towels to help clean up the mess. They got the water heater replaced the next day and we were comped one nights stay for the inconvenience which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely consider coming back in the future.

Beautiful place

This was our first time visiting St Pete and it was amazing! Caprice resort was an amazing place to stay at. Just perfect for families. Great location also! Enjoyed it very much!

Girl’s Weekend

We had a great experience! The property was clean and was accurate to the photos on line. The view from our deck was spectacular and we loved being right on the beach! We enjoyed exploring lots of restaurants and street markets. Grocery and liquor were close by, and the local comedy club was a fun night out. We would definitely return.
