** UPDATE AS OF 12/19/2024: Our pool is OPEN and HEATED. Our unit is perfectly fine and up and running as normal. Our beach is completely open. Please reach out with any questions you may have. We would love to host you! **

Summary:
Our beautiful surf shack inspired condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms right on St. Pete beach, which was named Trip advisor's No. 1 Beach in the U.S. in 2021 (and #5 in the world)! Our Spacious condo can sleep up to 6 guests, perfect for a family get away, or a great spot for snowbirds to come and ditch the cold of the north.

The Space:
We strive to offer you the best vacation possible. We offer beach and shower towels, beach accessories, a fully stocked kitchen, tempur-pedic mattresses, smart tv's, a desk for working from home, and a large balcony with incredible views.

Guest Access:
The entire condo will be yours and you will have access to the condo grounds. This includes the pool, shuffle board, cornhole, and a private beach. We use a lockbox for easy and safe entry.

The Neighborhood:
We are a part of the Caprice condo complex, and have access to everything on the grounds. St. Pete beach is a pristine white sand beach that is about 4 miles long. Our complex is located on the northern part of the beach and is walkable to many different local restaurants and shops. Every Sunday is the Corey Avenue Market that is about a 5-10 minute walk and it is full
of arts and crafts, food, and unique gifts.(Open 10am-2pm). Hop on the new Sun Runner and get to downtown St. Petersburg in 15-20 minutes.

Getting Around:
There are many different ways of getting around St. Pete beach. If you are bringing a car, that would always be a good option to covering more ground if you wanted to drive up gulf coast and head towards Clearwater beach, or east to downtown St. Petersburg. There is a bus system that is called The Sun Runner which runs all day from St. Pete Beach to downtown St. Petersburg and back. Restaurants and bars are also walkable to the complex.

Amazing Week at Caprice!

We had an amazing stay at Caprice! There is so much to do in SPB and we had a great time exploring the area. The condo has amazing views and is in an ideal location. It was well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this property!

Excellent !

Perfect location!! We had an amazing 5 days in the condo! we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful view! Our vacation did get cut short due to hurricane Helene! Ben, emailed us as soon as he heard there was a mandatory evacuation. Not knowing the area and flood zones, we had to find somewhere safe. We luckily found another VRBO to stay at for a couple days. We are home safe in Michigan ! Never planned on our vacation ending the way it did. But like I said the first 5 days was perfect !

Second time staying

The condo has everything you could need to make your beach vacation exactly what you are looking for. This is the second time we've stayed in this condo and love the location to restaurants, the grocery store, etc. It is extremely clean, and the owner has been fantastic on communication.

Stay at the Caprice

We had a great time. Great location, able to walk to many good restaurants and ice cream parlors. Clean property and pool. Condo was fantastic, the only bad points it got was the coffee maker was broken. Would definitely go back

Just As Listed!

The property was clean, in a fabulous on-beach location, had all beach gear and necessary accessories for the beach, was in a convenient location to amenities/grocery stores, and overall was just as listed! Our family of five (2 adults, 3 older kids/teens) had a wonderful stay. The condo had beautiful views of the beach in the living room, master bedroom, and from the balcony. The host was very responsive to messages if needed but everything was as-described so we really only had a couple of questions. Would 100% recommend! First time VRBO experience was fantastic!

VRBO Stay.

Check in was not as smooth as I would've liked. The condo needs some upgrades. All kitchen cabinets are falling apart and not closing. Garbage Disposal broke two times on are stay. Shower in the master bathroom has no pressure at all. Most all on the window treatments are falling apart. The patio furniture was very nice and the host was quick to answer when emailed.

Great location!!

You can’t get a better location! The pool and walk out to the beach was so convenient with small kids! If we needed anything it was so nice to be able to walk back quickly. Very close to restaurants. Sitting on the balcony was so nice. It was everything we needed! Thank you!

Great Location

We had a great stay. Location was very good. Our unit was very nice, a little old. The second bedroom was a little tight and bed was a little uncomfortable. biggest complaint was there were no dressers to put clothes for the week.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! We had a wonderful view of the ocean and loved the pool, shuffleboard, and corn hole games. The sand in front of us was so soft and white! We found more sand dollars than we have ever seen! Loved St Petersburg too! Took a golf cart tour of the city and enjoyed the Dali Museum! All the restaurants served delicious seafood! We would definitely recommend this condo on the ocean!

Amazing location !

Thank you for the opportunity of us using your condo during our stay, everything was wonderful. All of our communication or questions were answered very promptly, which I appreciate it. The condo is in a wonderful location to watch the amazing sunset when you walk down to the ocean. I would definitely recommend this Condo!

Fantastic experience

The host was responsive before and during our stay, and the location of the property is great. It was lovely being able to walk to so many great restaurants. The beach access is great as well.

Just Wonderful

Everything was very clean, seemed freshly renovated, and the beds were very comfortable. The property owner was very quick to respond to my message when I had a question which was nice. The location of the property is RIGHT next to the beach. Also, everything you could want to bring to the beach the owner already provides, which was awesome. There were beach chairs, pool noodles, floats, and stuff for playing in the sand for kids. The condo had a great view of the ocean, and the pool. This is a very nice area, and a great place to take your family to relax and enjoy the beach. If you’re looking for a place to stay for St. Pete, this is it. Myself and my family were very pleased with this VRBO rental, and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking.

Awesome stay

Beautiful condo! Very clean, updated appliances, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable couches and beds. Owner responds immediately to any requests. Very nice pool. Beautiful beach. Waking distance to many restaurants/bars. Would definitely stay here again!!

Summer fun

The location of the property and beach were excellent. Communication with the property owner was very smooth. We greatly enjoyed our stay even in the middle of the heat wave and warmer than average water temperatures!

We will be back

This property was amazing! Easy access to the beach, no wait for the elevator since it isn’t a large place. We usually just used the staircase out front since the room is right next to it. The pool is nice, the shuffleboard was a hit with my kids. The beach is not busy and comes off as more “private”. We never sat in any traffic and there are a ton of food places within walking distance or a short drive. Communication was easy and informative. Host is top notch. We will be coming back to this place in the future for sure The only negative I can think of is the water pressure in the master bath is so low that we all used the guest shower to bathe in. The master shower just didn’t have the pressure needed to get the sunscreen off. Other than that, ZERO issues. A+++

Absolutely wonderful!

We had an amazing beach vacation to the beautiful St Pete Beach! The condo was absolutely perfectly and immaculately kept. Plenty of room for our party of 6. The host was extremely helpful and answered each and every question I had leading up to the trip. I HIGHLY recommend this particular condo at the Caprice. Looking forward to our next visit!
