Our stay was great! No complaints at all. Our condo was beautiful and beds was very comfortable. Leann is the best! Very helpful and friendly. We love the pool and location to walking on the beach.

We had a great experience in this unit. It is so comfortable and well decorated. We had everything we needed! As always, Leeann is the absolute best. She is always so amazing with our kids and she always goes above and beyond to make sure all the guests have a good time. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay was perfect! Late check in was easy. Loved our room! Had everything that we needed during our stay. Leann and staff are friendly and helpful. Outside has been redone since the hurricane and they have done a great job.

LOVED the view and the sunsets were amazing. Great beach for walking. Dining and shopping nearby. Short drive ti John's Pass and St, Petersburg. Condo was exactly as described. Clean and nice. Pool is small, but we are beach people so we didn't care. Leanne at the rental office was great! We will definitely be back!

Yearly Ladies Trip - Ages 60 - 65

Loved the condo - Fantastic Great location !!! Normally stay a bit further down the beach at a major hotel but not anymore will always try to rent this unit when at St. Pete Beach. A couple blocks from the main drag so plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Right beside the condo was the beachfront Paradise Grill ….good food starting with breakfast and awesome lunch menu…..very reasonable prices. Also we used the free beach taxi ride when needed. Fantastic service if you don’t have a rental car. Every time we used the service we just gave the driver a couple dollars each. You can’t go wrong with this unit or this condo complex !!!

Beautiful view from Balcony

Fantastic condo with amazing beach views. Well equipped kitchen but lacked condiments. The condo was spacious and very clean. The building has a pool and BBQ area to use. The view of the beach was stunning. I hope to return again.

Great Beach Location

Property is as advertised. Great beach access and balcony views. Private sand and game area a plus. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. One of the very annoying issues was that the gate locks randomly and frequently would not unlock.
