Grover’s Beach

The property was exactly as described and just a 10 min walk to the beach. We will definitely rent this house again.

Fantastic

Our stay was wonderful the owner is great to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. The location is excellent for exploring all that the area has to offer. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Weekend Getaway

This home had everything needed for a weekend getaway with family! Ninette was an amazing hostess going WELL above and beyond to make sure we were set. We appreciated getting the chance to stay in her lovely beach house!

Convenient location

The place was as described and the owner was great with communicating. Everything was just a short drive away. We appreciated the gift card for a local restaurant.

Great place! Great host!

We loved our stay at this house! Ninette is a wonderful host. The balcony was nice and spacious with two door openings that the kids loved to play. A small yard outside was also awesome. We will be staying again!! Thanks Ninette!

Wonderful week!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house had all the necessary items that we needed especially in the kitchen. Ninette communicated with us and made the entire process from start to finish easy. We loved the location as it was about a 6 minute walk from the beach.

Great time in Grover Beach!

House was great, very comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice big table for meals with family and friends. Owner was wonderful, very easy to communicate with and thoughtful about our stay. Location was good, only 6 blocks to Grover beach, close to restaurants, outlets, and fun thrift shops. Pismo Beach was a short drive (or long walk on the beach!) away. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very nice and clean

We had a great time staying at this property. It was very roomy and clean. Everything was wonderful and it was a nice touch to have the complimentary snacks and wine. We would definitely stay here again when coming to this area. The two car garage was appreciated to help us load and unload. Just a few minutes to the beach!

Great Family Retreat

Property was well appointed, very clean and most comfortable. Communicating with the owner was very easy and she was most helpful in making suggestions for our stay. There were extra touches that made it like a home away from home - small shampoos/conditioners/lotions, tissues on night stands, etc. And the kitchen had all that's needed. Garage parking was a bonus. We hope to return in the near future.

Very nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath, beach house

Ninette, the owner, is very friendly, accommodating, and informative. The house is well-equipped, clean, and orderly. There is a large two car garage for parking. The house is minutes from Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, and Avila Beach. Highly recommended.

The perfect stay and location!

Loved the location and the condo. The experience was perfect. This condo was fully equipped from coffee maker to dishes to pots and pans. The layout of the condo was so spacious. The neighbors were quiet and our family felt very safe. It was the perfect place to unwind and around 5 blocks to the beach. Ninette was very sweet, informative and an awesome host. I can not say enough about her. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much Ninette!!

Nice Home close to the beach

Very pleasant roomy home walking distance to some nice restaurants and a stretch to the beach. Ideal for an adult family. Kitchen was very well equipped and well the home well furnished, if some of the pieces were a little tired. Minor quibbles that I could say were really down to personal preference rather than anything that truly negative. Overall a very positive experience with both the home and the owner who was very accommodating to our schedule. Would definitely consider renting again if I needed to be in the Grover Beach neighborhood.

Great Location, Fabulous Host!

First off - the important facts. The property was very clean and well appointed. The master bed mattress was very comfortable. Second - the location was wonderful. It was a short walk to the beach, and a reasonable (and beautiful) walk to the Monarch grove. We found a number of great establishments (restaurants, coffee shop, bakery) within walking distance as well. Pismo and the main attractions were under 10 minutes away by car. Lastly - Ninette was a fabulous host. She was very communicative, and even helped us arrange to have food at the property ahead of our arrival. If felt like we had a friend in the area, and that we didn't have to worry about things. We (family of 4) really enjoyed our stay, and will be back some day!

Excellent Host, Location, and House

The location was perfect. From Pismo Beach to a day trip to Solvang, the house is in the middle of everything. Pismo Beach and Oceano Dunes State Vehicular Recreation Area (ATVs) was a close 10 minute drive. The beach at Grover Beach city was a close walk from the house. The home is around a lot of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The house itself was very nice. It can comfortably accommodate a family or a group of friends. The kitchen is stocked for all our cooking needs and the bathroom was nicely stocked with shampoo and soup. Ninette was such an excellent host. Contacted me before and during our stay to ensure that everything was up to our needs. I would definetly consider staying here again if I ever have a future trip in the area!

Perfect place for family gathering

My family really enjoyed staying here - perfect location (loved being able to walk to the beach) and the place itself was clean, quiet and had everything we could think of (had all kinds of small appliances for cooking). Check in process was quick and easy and Ninette was a thoughtful and communicative host. Hope to come back for another visit!

Outstaning Location, incredibly well stocked home

Very convenient to everything the central coast has to offer, host was unbelievably communicative and helpful. House is spacious and well stocked. The host and the house offer everything a family or friends would possibly need. We had a great stay, highly recommend.

SIP Get away

My family and I met our friends for the weekend. The place worked out perfectly for us. Everyone had their own space and felt very comfortable. Ninette provided detailed instructions for arrival and departure which was very helpful. The location is close to beach, restaurants and markets. We will definitely stay again when visiting the Pismo area.
